Good location near a Metro terminal and good restaurants Staff member was attentive. When we arrived in the room, it was a sauna. We told the front desk and she said the AC tech had done maintenance that very day. We left for dinner and came back a few hours later to find a portable AC unit that was only blowing more hot air. There were small roaches in the room, to boot!

Problems with Shower and A/C. We had one very warm night with no working A/C. Also the shower head was extremely loose making it hard to use without spraying all over the bathroom. I suspect it just needs tightening. I would have reported it but no one was at the desk when we were ready to checkout.

A great place for a short stay in Rome. Everything was well organised, the room was comfortable and the property had a welcoming atmosphere. We particularly appreciated how easy it was to get around from the location. A pleasant experience overall, and a place we would happily recommend.

pretty room, has a coffee machine, fridge, air conditioner, provides toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, slippers. our room even had balcony. very close to the train station. we had a problem with opening the door but the staff was very helpful. when we woke up we saw 2 bedbugs inside our room and we were bitten during the night. if it wasnt for them i would've given 10/10

The accommodation was very rewarding. The room is received was very spacious. Even though it was meant for 3 people. I felt that i got what I deserved. The shower pressure was great. The air conditioner was a plus. I got the whole room to myself. Service was amazing. A few things that probably need to be addressed. Leaky shower - not sure where it is coming from inside the shower. Everything looked sealed from the inside (possibly around the shower handle). Coffee counter - I was making an espresso but it overflowed. The coffee cups do not fit in the lavaazo espresso maker so I highly recommend replacing them to avoid a coffee spill. I cleaned it up afterwards today.
