Location is great. Stefano very accommodating and helpful. Nice size room and bathroom.

The staff was fantastic as was the breakfast. We also loved the location. Nothing to note. Everything was great.

Great location

The locations is perfect: close to the Vatican, terrific shopping and eating options all around, and the metro very close by. Without the air conditioner on, there is quite a lot of street noise…it’s a very popular street for shopping.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and genuine. The property was quiet and peaceful, along a pedestrian only street. It was nice to get away from masses of people and “escape” back to less people and quiet. Breakfast was just enough to get day started and Stefano made the best cappuccino.

They serve good breakfast every day and we are all satisfied because of generous food that they serve. Maybe to ask the customers If the room needed to be clean or to Provide a sign outside door if room needs a service or not

The breakfast was a wonderful selection of assorted fruits, pastries, yogurt and coffee and tea. The staff went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. We asked for tips on where to eat. Stephano was extremely helpful and carried our bags up the steps when we arrived. He saw how exhausted we were and made us feel very welcome.

The location was excellent . 5 mins to Vatican 3 to metro . Walking distance to all major attractions . The manager Stefano was fantastic. We were checking in late and he made it so easy with directions and photos to help us. Nothing

A beautiful, clean and bright place to stay away from the chaos that can be found in other areas of Rome. We were greeted with coffee, and accommodated beautifully including making our 2 year old feel welcome and taken care of (with snacks and milk offered upon arrival, thank you!!). The room was very comfortable - we wish we could have stayed longer in the very comfortable beds - and breakfast was lovely. Taxi was booked for us for our morning departure - thank you so much!

The location is close to metro. It's easy to get to the central terminal. There are many shops nearby. The owner Stefano is helpful and friendly. Our room is facing the street. We can hear people talking loudly even after midnight and early morning.

We had an amazing stay here! Stefano and Leslie were so kind and welcoming. Stefano reached out to us in advance to coordinate our arrival and they both gave amazing recommendations about places to eat and about local sites to see! If we come back to Rome, we would love to stay here again!

The property was an ideal location for us & only a few minutes from the metro. The property was spotlessly clean & the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The only comment (not really a complaint) would be it would have been nice to have had tea & coffee facilities in the room.

Very convenient location. Very near to everything. 10mins or less walk to St. Peter’s square. The lady who facilitates ( I forgot got her name, sorry) very hospitable, very nice and accommodating. None so far
