Rooms were cosy with ac. Staff were very friendly. Bathroom door knob was not working, water tap connection was loose, Breakfast was same menu all days, not much varieties. Bit far from central Rome

The location was very convenient. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel, and the night bus N66 from Termini stops directly in front of the hotel as well. Also, it was very easy to reach the airport by direct train from Nomentana station, which is only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room was very big, comfortable, and clean. It was cleaned every morning. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. There were no bathrobes or slippers in the room, although I expected them to be available. Breakfast was served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, but it would be better if it was available until 11:00 AM. The breakfast variety was a bit limited, and during our 5-day stay, the food was almost the same every day.

Location: it was on the Via di Francesco AC: 1st time in 15 days of different lodging along the trail that the AC actually worked. The smoke detector is right above the bed and blinked a red light all night. The door didn't close will and talked throughout the night.
