Location was great. Cannot beat this location if you want to stay close to the main station, it was a very short walk and easy. My suite had a welcome card addressed to someone else The girl at the reception was not polite, even though she could see I was tired and annoyed she kept insisting I decide on booking a taxi right away for next day's travel to the airport. I had to refuse twice. And then at checkout I was charged for my room again when I had already paid via booking.com Extremely disappointed.

Excellent. We were comfortable. We had complementary biscuits and breakfast was excellent. The welcome and professional way we were treated was notable. Concierge very professional I would like to add that for 3 we were provided only with one water for the kettle for 2 days. On the last day yesterday the room was checked in the afternoon and we were provided water for all 3 and even some sweets. Thank you for this. It was very nice to see our room as it was. We paid considerable money for 3 nights.

Cleanliness and the proximity to train station. Amazing breakfast varieties and the staffs professionalism. The room was really comfortable. It is quite far away from the historical center destinations, but not a big deal. The train stations are nearby.

Amazing location, the staff are all very nice and friendly. The rooms are a little bit small, though ours was comfortable.

Location is fantastic, breakfast is delicious with many choices, staff is friendly & welcoming, bathroom is spacious. Special thanks for upgrading us to the marvelous junior suite with beautiful view. Greatly appreciated. The hand shower head can be adjusted to lower position as it’s a bit too high to reach.
