We had a wonderful stay at Navona Luxury Guesthouse. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit, always friendly and available whenever we needed assistance. The location is outstanding and one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It is within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s main tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without relying on public transportation. Our room was very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and fast, reliable WiFi, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Navona Luxury Guesthouse to anyone visiting Rome. We would gladly stay here again!

We stayed for 4 nights as a family with a child and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent. You can easily walk everywhere, including Vatican City, Trastevere, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. There are also bus stops nearby (although we didn’t really need them), a Carrefour Express supermarket, a bakery (Monteforte) where we had breakfast every day, as well as many restaurants and gelaterias. The check-in process was very easy and communication with Andrea was excellent. He/she was always available and very helpful, suggesting restaurants and even recommending a LEGO exhibition when they realized we were traveling with our 11-year-old son. The building itself is beautiful, a 17th-century property with a lot of character. The room was nice and, as promised, quite quiet — especially when the windows were closed, which significantly reduced the street noise. However, cleanliness is an area that definitely needs improvement. Some of these issues have already been mentioned in other reviews, so it is surprising that they have not been addressed. For example, the curtains were stained, the walls were dirty, and there was mold in the bathroom as well as spider webs on the ceiling. While the bed sheets and towels were clean and of good quality, the covers were old wool blankets without covers, which was not ideal. Housekeeping during the stay was minimal — mainly limited to emptying the trash and making the beds. Overall, a very well-located and charming place with a helpful host, but better attention to cleanliness would make the experience significantly better and would meet the expectations of a “luxury” guesthouse.

Room was clean although it smelled. I was glad it had a safe. The room is impossibly noisy — we had to leave after just one night because we could not sleep and they refused to reimburse us for the two teaming nights (though we only asked for one). Also, the place feels unsafe as there is no one in the premises, doors have no door viewer. Room had whiffs of sewer smell.

The location was just perfect for walking to all of Rome’s sites, on both sides of the river! The hotel itself is gorgeous, it has beautiful marble and an adorable court year! Andrea was amazing! She arranged a driver, Angelo, for us for the airport! Also, she made many great recommendations! The rate included breakfast, but it was unavailable. The shower door didn’t shut properly .

Best shower pressure ever in my life!!!!! Spacious room and washroom. Very well located with excellent security. With the many questions I had, Andrea was very quick to respond, within minutes with solutions! Definitely will come back here. Recommended restaurants which we went to (2) , food was amazing. Wish I had an in-room Nespresso machine,I would buy my own pucks no worries.

The location was excellent. Andrea , whom we never met was very nice to arrange a taxi to the airport the day we left Rome. The Noise!! When you are touring a very busy city like Rome, it would be nice to come home to a quiet place to relax. This is not a place to relax! You are on a very busy street at a stoplight and the windows have no noise barrier. The noise grates on you after a while. There is a lot of mold in the shower stall as well. We had a room with a balcony but it was dirty and too noisy. I cannot recommend to anyone.

Location was good and easy to travel around. Was located within walking distance of the major tourist sites. Andrea was clear with communication via Whatsapp which made checking in very easy, she also provided good recommendations for local restaurants. The room was a good size with lots of storage space. Only very basic toilet amenities provided, but overall there was nothing we disliked.
