Location was excellent, so close to Termini Station within 15-20 minute walk of several attractions (Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps). While the single room was small, it was perfect for two nights and I’d recommend it for anyone after reasonably priced accommodation in room for a short stay. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely, although it would have been great if there was some fruit on offer. Nothing!

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Front desk helped with wall adapters to plug in devices and curling iron. Building needs some attention. Wallpaper peeling, shower leaked through the wall into the living space.

I didn’t know there was a tax payment upon checking out? Tried looking it up in the reservations and thought full payment was completed?

Location is hard to beat and I guess it's what you pay for. I specifically looked for a hotel with parking, which this is clearly marked as. Sadly this is not true. When I asked about parking I was told that there's a few available in the area, available to the public for a fee. They were obviously all full almost at any given time.

Location

The location is amazing Dirty bed linen. It was all stained with something. They only replaced it the next day because there was no staff. At night, a noisy group checked in, shouting and banging all night, and of course no one calmed them down. Because of my early departure, I asked for a takeaway breakfast, but again it wasn’t prepared — there was no one available.

Location Lack of information unless asked for at desk. What is the Internet password? Where is breakfast? No information available unless asked for. Zero help with bags. Too many steps everywhere to carry bags up.
