Of our 3 rooms, one of the showers did not work properly. And the small refrigerator was not cold.

The location was perfect. close to termini station so you can move freely. good for sleep but not the same as the photoes & they don't have 7/24 reception service

The property was honestly disgusting, the host and everything about it was terrible. There was no working AC, no toilet paper, poor and rude customer service, and ants everywhere on the bed. Anytime I put anything on the side table it would be infested with ants

We stayed for one night because we were taking the train from Termini Station the next day. While the location is convenient for the train station, it is not very close to the main tourist attractions, so be prepared to do some walking or use public transportation. The hotel is quite simple and feels dated. Our room had a crack in one of the walls, and the shower was very small. Overall, you get what you pay for. Since we only stayed one night, it met our needs. However, if I were staying in Rome for several days, I would choose a hotel in the historic center with more comfortable and modern rooms.

The hotel had a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge and the air conditioning worked well, at the reception they helped me print out the documents I am leaving an honest review of my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the trip was ruined by numerous sanitary, maintenance, and design issues that management clearly fails to address. Here are the main downsides: Sanitary issues: There was a huge pile of trash right at the building entrance during our entire stay. Inside the room, the cabinet with the fridge was constantly crawling with a large number of ants. Faulty elevator: The old elevator often failed to respond to calls. If previous guests did not manually close its inner doors after exiting, it would get stuck and couldn't travel between floors. Terrible bathroom layout: The bathroom is designed completely wrong and is extremely uncomfortable. The toilet is shockingly low (below knee height) and placed too close to the sink. When standing at the sink, your legs hit the toilet, and when sitting on the toilet, your knees hit the sink. Plumbing problems: The toilet flush does not work properly. Instead of a strong flush, it releases a thin trickle of water for several minutes, which initially made me think it was broken. Poorly chosen amenities: There was no hand towel hook, so we had to leave the towel next to the sink, where it quickly became wet and dirty. Instead, they installed an awkward, useless extension-arm mirror right next to the main one. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here, as the comfort and hygiene levels are completely unacceptable.

    Good location for value

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Location, it was close to the train station. Plenty of option to eat in the area. Breakfast was not included. Elevator was slow and was in need of lots of dusting.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

There was no desk (as advertised) and no where to sit in the room except on the bed. The room was very small and no place to sit and work.

NOTHING except location Room was terrible, very hot as the A/C wasn't working properly, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, the shower was almost impossible to get into due to the placement of the soap dish. Step stool up to the washroom, very dangerous, I expressed my concerns the next morning and the front desk just said " you should have told us last night " I got back to the hotel at 1130pm, no one was even at the desk at that time. I had booked a second night and they informed that it was in a different building, different location. NOT HAPPY at all. Never again

Proximity to train station, metro, eateries and convenience store. Top sights were walking distance from hotel If we are splitting hairs, just that the shower drained a little slowly but not a deal breaker

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

room was very clean and comfortable lift was a bit slow

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Constant power outages in the room, only only offering company water for the first day

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

We had an issue after hours where the circuit breaker tripped and we lost all power in the room and the breaker needed to be reset. They responded in reasonable time even though they came from another hotel. The hotel did not have support on location after 11 PM, we were not aware of this at the time of booking. This should be more prominently spelled out for people considering the property.

Absolutely nothing Apparently I was told that the pictures do not indicate the room that you will get. It’s a bait and switch. They put us in an old apartment building with bags of dirty laundry in the hallway, big giant bugs in the rooms, the room smells so bad that it makes you gag. The conditions were absolutely horrible.

location was good shower was plugged and did not drain. we asked the front desk to fix every day

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Walking distance to many restaurants and Roma Termini

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

It was clean, cool and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were elevators. It was a bit further from the train station than we anticipated, but easily accessible to lots of sites in Rome.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Centrally located, easy to walk too the train station and sites
