Really very nice boutique hotel The f and b manager is quite rude. Housekeeper took our shopping bags even if we kept it properly (Louis Vuitton) and when we asked front desk we were told the housekeeper thought we didnt need it anymore. The boxes, shoe bags were all in. Why do they need to take those out when we were not yet checked out?

The room was in the main building downstairs, very quiet. Comfortable enough bed. High ceiling like many older buildings have. Easy to find parking nearby on the street. Many good restaurants walking distance. It was very hot summer days so we were happy with good AC. I cannot think anything.

Location is great - in a quieter, safer part of Rome. Very clean and good breakfast! Most of the staff was friendly & helpful too! We had a couple staff members - one working at night and the other working in the morning that were pretty abrupt, aggressive and scolding us for silly things.

Great location! We felt safe, away from the craziness of Rome/tourists, but accessible to many things – restaurants, markets, laundry facilities, parks, banks, all within walking distance! And then all of the tourist things – Vatican, Colosseum, etc. were all a short taxi ride away. It has a great outdoor garden area to eat your breakfast and it’s all enclosed. Very pretty and perfect for our grandson to run around as well! It was very clean and the majority of the staff was very kind and helpful. We honestly don’t have any thing bad to say about the property – it was great! And like I said previously, the majority of the staff was very kind and helpful, however, we did encounter 2 staff members that seemed a little too tightly wound - scolding us like children & physically closing the drawer on me (in the food area) when I was getting a napkin when they weren’t out on the counter…something similar happened at breakfast when we were trying to move some chairs together for our family to sit together…scolded like children and chairs abruptly grabbed from us and put back…thankfully that wasn’t the case with the other staff members.

The hotel has a great location, a beautiful villa, and a lovely courtyard. The staff are very polite, but unfortunately they are not able to solve even basic guest problems. The breakfasts are repetitive and boring, and many items are often missing, even if you come in the middle of breakfast, not just at the end. One of the main issues was how poorly room problems were handled. For example, there was a constant issue with running water in the toilet, and nothing was really fixed. We also had ongoing noise issues in the room, and the only solution offered was earplugs, which is not an acceptable answer.
