Location is a bit far from amenities.

The size of the room, mighty small but clean. Breakfast selection was small. More options would be great like eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc. The location is decent because it is a 15 minute walk to the metro. It was July/August so heat and humidity was terrible. Breakfast can be better as stated above, room size is very small. Rate of room could be reduces OR include the breakfast as part of the hotel stay and not charge more for it.

Front desk personnel was excellent Area hard to find. Room had a slight bad smell.

The staff made my stay especially enjoyable. A big thank you to Fabio, Stefano and Mohammad for being so friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The breakfast was also excellent value for money at just €5 and offered a good variety to start the day. The location was very convenient, with frequent buses and trams to Roma Termini just a few minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. The room and facilities could benefit from some modernization, but everything was clean and functional. Overall, it did not take away from an enjoyable stay.

I thought I would have had two beds, but that as OK- I didn't like being at street level, or below street level because of the noise

The man at the front desk with short greyish hair and glasses was so friendly and gave us helpful information about the city! The beds weren’t the comfiest but it was okay

The breakfast is horrible. They offer you two slices of ham and one of cheese. No vegetables. You can also eat cereal and butter with jam, You get one coffee or tea. Also juice and water as much as you want.

Short walk from the train station, good facilities for the price, very friendly and helpful staff Nothing really

Great location, very closed to public transport and in walking distance to tourist attractions. We liked the view from the balcony. Being in town but not in the middle of very busy areas was a bonus. The room was clean, staff were friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable.

The hotel is located about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Termini train station. The hotel is very clean. My room was cleaned every day of my 6-day stay. I booked a double room and felt that the room was of a good size for two people, although I wouldn’t say it was a very large room. The bed was firm but not too hard, and there was a mini-fridge and safe. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but adequate, with a shower cabin that had good pressure and hot water. A continental breakfast is included with a small selection of cold meats, pastries, breads, cereal, juices and coffee. The best aspect of the hotel, however, is the very friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. I felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood, with cafes and markets a short walk from the hotel. Metro stops can be found at Termini station and Line A’s Manzoni stop is a 10 - 15 minute walk away so that you can get to just about anyplace in the city cheaply and conveniently. I definitely would consider staying at the Hotel Principe Di Piemonte on a return trip to Rome. There is nothing about the hotel itself that I did not like. The neighborhood itself is nothing special, but its proximity to public transport options makes getting to the sights of Rome easy and cheap.

Very friendly staff and a great location near the main train station with a few good restaurants in the vicinity, walking distance from the Colosseum and train/metro stations if you need to go further.

Liked very little. Pictures are deceiving. Extremely small. No AC. No outlets. Had to keep card in wall for lights.
