What a great hotel! Our stay was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The plugs were convenient. The shower was large and had a strong flow. We had beautiful views, including from our rooftop terrace. The location was perfect for daily walks in Rome, and was located a few blocks from the Piazza Navona -- but on a quiet and atmospheric lane. We only took cabs when we toured South Rome. The hotel is located on one of those narrow, cobblestone streets that you see lovers strolling along in movies, with mom and pop stores and restaurants every block or so. It was wonderful! We got the daily breakfast, and that turned out to be a great decision: it was delicious and fortified us for our daily walks up and down the hilly and uneven pavements of Old Rome. The woman who made and served breakfast was so nice. She learned our breakfast drink preferences, and brought them to our table every day! And the concierge staff was extremely helpful! (Not an exaggeration!) They ordered us cabs, gave us directions, helped us find items we needed, provided every service we asked for, and were there 24 hours every day. Thank you to Erika, Stephano, and Sylver for your attentiveness. The location of the hotel was ideal for touring Old Rome, which became "our neighborhood." It was hard to say goodbye.

The LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC!!! We walked EVERYWHERE except the airport! Stefeno was fabulous from our arrival to our departure! He greeted us warmly and advised us in a map to help with our stay and finding things. On departure day We had a very early flight and he even got us coffee and had day old croissants while waiting for our taxi. The breakfast buffet was included in our price and it was wonderful! The room was a great size, no outdoor view but VERY COMFORTABLE! Loved it ALL!

The hotel itself was clean, had a great buffet breakfast with the sweetest server, a nice selection of wines and spirits and non-alcoholic drinks in the lounge, free water, an elevator, and the rooms and bathrooms were huge, clean and very comfortable. They also had air conditioning. It had a great indoor and little outdoor seating area to have a drink, cookies/pastries and relax. The hotel was on a nice quiet alley/street that was very close to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and political center of Rome. There were also so many great restaurants nearby to choose from. Overall we really liked everything about this boutique hotel except a couple of front desk staff (not all of them). A few of the staff! When we first arrived, Phllipo was working and had a very awkward stare down with me. No greeting, smile or "can I help you?" Just staring with a blank, robotic face. He was in the process of talking with two women who kindly wondered if he could call them a taxi. He pointed outside and barked that they didn't do that and the taxi was up the street. Maybe they didn't arrange taxis, but he showed zero professionalism and his customer service was severely lacking from the start. Finally I broke the minutes long stare-down by requesting to check in. He did so without cracking a smile and spoke quite rudely. He also told us we would get the free breakfast buffet and that proved untrue. The breakfast was amazing, and worth the price, but was misleading. The next evening, my group of five were having a drink outside and discussing how we were going to get to the airport in the morning and another employee with blond curly hair suggested to us (we did not ask) that she could arrange a private driver to pick us up at 6:30 am at the bridge. She took my name and cell number and that was it. When I later had some clarifying questions (where was the bridge, how should we pay) I had to hunt her down in a closed-door office and she seemed annoyed. When we arrived at the bridge at 6:15 am and waited until 6:40 for our driver, I finally called the hotel. Once again Phllipo picked up and was next level attitudinal. He said we did not have a driver and it was a mistake. When I gave him my name and number and told him it was arranged the night before he literally yelled, "It was a mistake! Goodbye!" I tried to hang up on me. I urged him not to hang up but he just kept repeating there was not a driver and it was a mistake. We were worried about being late to the airport so we let it go and called an Uber.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff said "yes" to everything we requested with a smile. The breakfast was good quality variety, and plentiful. Was excellent.

Charming and great location.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Centrally located. Clean property and spacious room.
-
The height of the bathtub hard to get in and out also no safety railings
-
Perfect location near Piazza Navona, clean and modern rooms, and very friendly staff. Quiet, comfortable, and everything within walking distance. Highly recommend. One thing I didn’t like — getting there with luggage. The hotel is in small cobblestone streets, which made hauling bags a bit uncomfortable
-
We got upgraded with a family room, which was very large and comfortable. Just that the breakfast is ocerpriced for the limited selection offered.
-
Loved the location and the staff were very helpful The breakfast options could be better.

Easy to book, check-in and be on our way. Room and space was comfortable, helpful staff and for a small fee, a great breakfast too!
