Good Breakfast Old fashion hotel

The room was very clean and the breakfast was acceptable. The hotel is not really a 4-star hotel. The mini-fridge barely worked, and the room service did not work when i asked for ice. They told me I had to go down to get it to he bar by myself. You can hear everything through the walls.

Bathroom needs maintenance, shower was leaking and had a bad smell in the bathroom from the sewage system.

Good location, not far from the subway station. But it's full of homeless people sleeping on the streets, dirty and smelly. The receptionist Arash, tried to scam us. He wanted to charge us extra 60 EUR for a child, although we have correctly booked and mentioned all the travelers and ages. We had to contact booking support and they informed the hotel that they don't have any right to impose an extra charge. In the end (after 2 hours of waiting and ruining our vacation mood) he accepted but gave us a room that was not adequate for the number of people. The "couch" was actually an extendable armchair where it was very uncomfortable to sleep and not good fitting. The room was in terrible shape, the room door was defective, it would not close unless you pull it very strongly, bathroom window would not open, overall the accommodation is definitely not worth 4 stars. Probably 2 stars at most. Breakfast was very crowded in a room which otherwise is used for storage. We had to wait every morning for a table to be available. The breakfast room was just too small compared to the number of hotel rooms. They had bad quality plastic chairs and food is terrible. AVOID this hotel if you don't want to have your vacation ruined !

We were not told at check-in the process of arranging breakfast, but was approached during eating to go to the front desk. At the desk after being repremended for eating first, I explained that we were not told, they apologized for the misunderstanding.

I liked the great location and that the rooms were very clean The room took forever to cool off but other than that it was a great stay. They were attentive when I mentioned it wasn’t cooling and sent someone who helped me understand that I had to turn the temperature up in order for it to cool. Weird but it worked, it didn’t cool amazing but it worked well enough.

The hotel’s location was excellent, right in front of a metro station and close to Roma Termini, making it very easy to get around the city. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and serviced daily, and the bathrooms were also clean and well maintained. The hotel felt overpriced for the experience it offered. Breakfast was average and could be improved. The biggest disappointment was the front desk: both check-in and check-out took far too long. We waited about an hour to complete check-in, and one of our rooms wasn’t ready even though we arrived at the official check-in time.

The price , and cleanliness . Restaurant bar and patio was nice . AC did not work well. Check in time was 14:00 we only got in 40 minutes later .

I’ve stayed here with my family 10 years ago, and choosing the hotel again, this time with my partner, was one of the highlights of my trip. The personnel are very friendly, professional and kind. The facilities remain extremely welcoming and comfortable! Our room was impeccable; clean, spacious and the bathroom had all the amenities needed. The bed was fabulous! Very soft, which helped us sleep pleasantly after a long day of walking around Rome. Location is superb! You can walk, take the metro or bus to go to different parts of the city. Breakfast was great too; had various options and we consider it being complete to kickstart the day.

All good! Returning customer! Location close to metro and staff/breakfast all great.
-
Perfect location, good metro and buses. Breakfast very good. I recommend the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had excellent hot and cold water, and the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature. The room was quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The included breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient, with several great restaurants and small shops nearby. The receptions were very nice and attentive. The elevator felt a bit old and would always stop on the second floor, even when our room was on a different floor. The room doors also seemed outdated—some used traditional keys while others used key cards. The keyed doors were sometimes difficult to unlock and often required several attempts. Additionally, the hotel only provides one key or key card per room, which can be inconvenient when traveling with a partner.

Breakfast was the best! Very good location by the Metro station. Nicest building in the area. Did not change shower gel/shampoo on time.

Everything I loved! Close to Manzoni bus subway, two stops away from Termini station. Good food near and also not in the busy tourist parts. Cozy, has bar and food on site, a lovely breakfast spread, espresso, free sparkling water. Lovely amenities, great staff, good stay over service. I think the staff are on point! Bartender was friendly and we made friends, breakfast attendants, front desk and security all amazing!

Clean property, lovely outdoor terrace, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. The area around is quite dirty.

Clean, friendly and good value. Nothing really!

The hotel was in a great location, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was very helpful, and the facilities were very nice. The air conditioning in our room was not working well so it was very hot, the shower drain was very slow so we had issues with water in the floor when showering.

Though it was possible to set the thermostat at my preferred 20 degrees, it was obvious that they had rigged it so it would not cool to below 23 degrees. (Like, the room temp was 23 degrees in early evening and I had it set to 20, and even though it was nighttime and cooler it never got cooler than 23 degrees in my room). Also, the table was not usable as a workstation. It was too high. I had to use my laptop in bed to do any work.

I have nothing bad to say.
