Near for old city, and the stuff AC not working, not good valve for the the Money paid the take 50 euro extra and they said this for to the city.

The staff was great, welcoming and happy to help with storing baggage! The location is perfect! It’s not too modern, but for price/location is very good for 2/3 nights in Rome!

Good continental breakfast, perfect location for sightseeing of Ancient Rome and for transport to the airport, huge room 310 with all needed facilities. There is no such thing.

We stayed at Mariano twice during our trip to Italy in June 2025; two nights upon arrival and four nights at the end of our trip. The rooms were fine; clean, comfy beds, lots of hot water and AC, and an elevator. It's very close to the train/bus station, with several bus stops close by, too. There was no fridge in either of the rooms and no balconies. The rooms with doors facing the elevator have a nice view of the back side of the ancient aquarium building, but rooms at the ends, like 301, look onto a residential courtyard. Overall, perfect for our needs, but we would have appreciated a small refrigerator.

It feels safe and it is very clean The air conditioning is very noisy that I had to use earplugs to fall asleep.

The location of the hotel was not what I expected, but the restaurant down the street was great.great staff, comfort and price.

Checking went well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was decent close to Roma Terminal Station. The bathroom shower very was small. My husband had a difficult time bathing. I asked for a handicap room, which I thought would include a handicap shower, but it did not. Overall the bathroom was clean.

I will definitely come back to this hotel, but the one thing they didn't have was a refrigerator in the room, which would've been helpful for storing cold beverages or food.

The staff was friendly the first night. We did not get a nice room then they switched us to another room. The rooms are plain no refrigerator just a clean place to rest your head closer to the train station. Location was OK only close to the train station not the nicest neighborhood of Rome

We had a nice few days here. The hotel is really close to train station and shuttle bus. The room was pretty spacious and clean.

Superb

It was clean, with fresh towels, bed linen, warm water, and toiletries provided. The location is perfect, with all attractions within walking distance and the train station nearby. The floor is tiled, but slippers are not provided, so the floor was very cold. It would be nice to have a couple of glasses in the room.
