Great location, 20minutes from Colosseum, nice area with supermarkets, looked safe, we stayed there only one night but it'd be nice spot to explore Rome, you don't have to take any means of transportation to get there it's roughly 20 min away from Rome Termini Station

Very friendly staff, self check in so you can arrive any time, great patio and nice rooms. Walking distance to termini station (like 15 minutes to bus/train stop to the airport). Great complimentary breakfast and they have lockers to store luggage on checkout day. Will definitely stay again :) Didnt feel the most safe area at night (we arrived at 4 am with luggage) but with taxi it was fine.

I wished the room provided some slippers, other than that everything was pretty neat

The beds are firm which was amazing sleep. Location is great. Yummy restaurants and coffee shops. Walkable places but not touristy so you can mingle with locals. The receptionist Mikeala went above and beyond to help me. I forgot to pack my CPAP electric outlet and she called multiple places to help me find one to buy. Especially I don’t speak Italian so it was amazing she helped me out. I offered her a tip and she wouldn’t accept it as she said she did it out of her heart. They have a motto that they want the customer should be happy and they truly stick to that motto. Nothing

To be honest, we didn’t like it at all. The room was very small, and the bathroom was too, with a shower cabin so tiny that you could barely move inside it. The furniture was very old, and overall, it definitely wasn’t worth the price.

Should have stayed longer

The bed mattresses were horrible. they were like sleeping on a hard wood board. We all woke up achy every day unfortunately. This is really the only down thing.

the door was constantly moving when the other clients open or close their door . we needed to put suitcases behind the doors , no elevator no elevator . poor breakfast

Staff is very friendly. Helped us take our luggage’s upstairs . Great quality of hotel. Very quiet and comfortable I wish there weren’t so many stairs for the luggages

It’s a quaint residence in a quiet street

It was as I expected, we stayed only for one night and thanks for the complimentary breakfast

The patio off my room was lovely, wish I had more time to enjoy it! The room was decorated very nicely, very cute! Check in process was easy and reception was helpful! The air conditioning also worked great!

We encountered a problem with our ac the first night and the staff was amazing, they changed our rooms, moved our luggage, called taxis when we needed them. Very conventional and good for a short stay in Rome. Didn’t know there was no elevator, we could hear everyone coming in and out with their luggage. The bathroom is quite small for big people, and when i mean small the toilet is very small, but overall very good.

Clean, nice and good staff.

The staff was very responsive via messaging and phone, the location is good - within 15 minutes of Termini station and other sites We saw it as a good place for 1 or 2 nights. Beyond that, we think there are more comfy and "lively" area options in the city for a similar price.

The hostess was very friendly and answered all our questions. However, the room was very small, and the bathroom was also tiny. The toilet was placed too close to the sink, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the stay was okay, but the room layout could be improved.

The most important feature of a hotel for me is that I can sleep well... so it is quiet. These hotel walls were paper-thin. On the first night, I was right next to the entry door, and I couldn't fall asleepuntil about 2 am because I kept hearing everyone going in and out and walking around. The bed was also not very comfortable, and the room was smaller than it looked. The "breakfast" is croissants and coffee.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent location with easy walking distance to Rome’s attractions and to the train station. Safe location. We highly recommend this hotel. Beds are clean but a bit hard for our preference.
