Hotel is located near to Termini station. Price of accommodation is Affordable, personal is professional and helpful. Hotel offer breakfast unfortunately according to ours travel plans we were leaving hotel before breakfast. Water in hotel is drinkable but near hotel like 50meters is Rome drinkable fountain with cold tasty water. Room was darker with weak light bulbs. At our room toilet was situated strangely In corner next to sink, Was difficult and not comfortable to sit there. Bathroom was little messy, under ceiling and on the shower door starts growing black mold. In price of hotel is not included cleaning service fee and you are not allowed being food to hotel room (maybe it is typical for Rome).

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was also excellent; easy to reach by public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. What I appreciated the most was the staff. On the morning of my check-out, I overslept and was running late for my flight. I was quite panicked, but the reception staff immediately helped by calling a taxi for me and did their best to reassure and calm me down. Their kindness and quick assistance were incredibly helpful, and I truly appreciated it. The water pressure from the sink faucet was quite low. Also, the housekeeping staff came into my room every day and often organized my clothes and personal belongings. While I appreciate their effort and understand they were trying to be helpful, I would have rather my personal items had not been touched.
