Location is ok, not far, not close to highlights, but it's 20min walk from station so it's ok. Room itself was ok, comfortable enough for short stay. Second day I released that there was someone else's hair around, and there were ants on the floor, hiding also below bed. Don't look under the bed if you don't want to be disappointed.

Good location and the attitude of the staff. Extremely kind, you get an answer and help with every inquiry.

Yeah. The hotel's location is terrible. If you're a woman or a group of women, it simply doesn't feel safe. The curtain doesn't close properly, so sunlight fills the entire room at 6 a.m. The streetlights also shine into the room at night. When the air conditioner is set to cooling mode, it sounds like a chainsaw. The pillows are as hard as rocks. There is no soundproofing at all. To make matters worse, neither the staff nor the manager seemed to care or made any effort to help us or resolve our problems. They even dismissed our concerns by saying, "Oh, it's not that bad." This is one of those shitty, scammy hotels you'll never want to come back to. Good luck.

Staff. Friendliest staff ever!! Once you go in the building it’s really good. Outside looks sketchy. But lots of good restaurants around. Oldest gelato place Fassi a block away. Double beds. Twin beds together not very comfortable! Very tiny shower!
