The property is beautiful in the common spaces as well as the rooms. The rooms are somewhat small and we had what was considered one of the bigger rooms but otherwise the facility was amazing. Our stay was fantastic up until checkout when unfortunately, the gentleman checking us out mistakenly pressed USD instead of euros when we paid for our breakfast and the city tax with our credit card. We are still working it out with the hotel as he charged us three times making it a bit of a mess for us to untangle. With exception to that everybody else was amazing. The staff at breakfast were absolutely lovely the two women so lovely.

The Hotel Barberini has a rooftop bar/breakfast area that provides an interesting view, although not of any particular landmarks. The neighborhood is hilly but walkable and has lots of good restaurants. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. Not that this could be fixed, but there were a number of stairs for a couple of seniors with canes. A bellman carried the luggage, fortunately.

The rooftop bar/restaurant is lovely - great food, views, staff. Really enjoyed the experience. Our room was comfortable and clean and the staff were attentive. Mark at reception is great.

Beautifully centrally located, hotels were clean. Lost of the staff were nice. The AC in our room didn’t work and every-time we called hotel staff, most were nice. One in particular kept stating that our room was 18 celsius (which was not). We were sweating profusely the last two nights. It was unbearable.

Location Old and tired

Great location and a clean and comfortable room.

We took the two twin beds, and while I wouldn’t say they were uncomfortable, you could feel the springs of the bed in your back a little bit.
-
The room had dome maintenance issues, the tv didn’t work, flooding in the shower, squicking door, but the hotel service we’d very good,

The location is great! Near metro, 1 street from a market, a few min walking from Trevi's Fountain. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The TV system is amazing too Nothing, actually.

The staff at the breakfast was friendly and remembered what we had previous days.

Location, breakfast. There is a mini fridge in room with beverages. My only complaint is there is no bottle opener. Had to call the front desk to have someone bring a bottle opener to the room, and they did not leave one.would probably sell more drinks if were able to open them.

This was a wonderful hotel. Located very close to Trevi. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The lobby was beautiful. Our room was very nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom fully equiped with everything we needed and plenty of electrical outlets. The rooftop resturant was wonderful with a wonderful view of the city. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Our stay was wonderful, nothing we didn't like.

Location Breakfast satisfactory content and fair price The room I booked was advertised as 14sqm in total which is true but almost 8sqm was the room and 6sqm was approximately the bathroom. Besides this inadequate split the room was almost a triangle shape and there was no way two people sleep in the room. When the luggages were in the room it was impossible to stand and move in the room for 2 people. This room should never be given to two people or the explanation should be much more objective. Therefore after staying one night in that small room on the second night we needed to upgrade to an another room with paying extra. I can’t imagine what would happen if they didn’t have a vacant room? I would not book the room if I would knew that the room was such a room.

I liked very much the staff. They are really good. Location is also perfect! Very good breakfast. The room is not the best. Small room. The toilet would get clogged while I was showering. Apart from that, everything was well
