Location is excellent! The room was small, but the value for the price is there.

Location was great Very very basic. Beds were not comfortable and you have to pay for air conditioning which I knew in advance from previous reviews.

traffic noise at night and during the day. you had to pay 10 euros a day to use the air conditioner considering the cost per day was expensive for a basic room. no iron.

My room was large and had a lovely balcony. Comfy bed great location. Daniela was very kind and helpful. She really went out of her way to help make my stay pleasant!

Great location and the shuttle service to the airport was great, in addition to a good price. The rooms were very old with wallpaper peeling inside, there was dust everywhere in the corners and behind the TV was never cleaned with lots of dust being present there. The walls were very thin so much so that I can hear people talking from other rooms. The bathroom was dirty with the shower itself being in ok condition however the mirror was partially broken and the rest of the bathroom being dirty.

Location is 5 minute walk from the Vatican and a bus stop for FCO. Noise from adjacent rooms and hallways.

Great location,short walk to St Peter’s Basilica, very close to restaurants and supermarkets, clean room and bathroom, helpful staff Lift did not go to my floor so had to carry my luggage a few steps down

The only good thing is that they It was In one word.. bad...at everything. So where do I start.. The bed was simple awfull, the head of the shower pours water on other thing The wall were dirty The room was very small I can heard everything and by everything i mean everything..including the neighbos having sex, moaning frim pleasure I can heard the garbage truck picking up bottles In my country this was a MOTEL room not a 2 star hotel. Also i never heard to pay extra for AC

Air conditioning was extra? 10 euro per day- I have never experienced this in Rome- city tax- far more at this hotel than at other hotels. My sons and his friends stayed here- I was at another hotel- my city tax was 6 euros- here it was far more. How is that possible? Won't recommend this hotel to others. I travel to Rome every year and have never had to pay additional for air conditioning.

The hotel is located nearby the Vatican and not far from the metro of Ottaviano. The staff is exceptional. Very kind and efficient. Many thanks to Sabrina and Elisabetta. For price transparency the air conditioning should be included in the price instead of being billed as additional expense.

Towels No mini fridge - no available water bottle Grungy - old with minimal service

Great location. Great price relative to available rooms. Big room. Friendly and helpful staff, who leftus alone. Held bags for early arrival.... Poor maintenance, Though not to the point of health or safety concerns. Door trim fell off non operational bathroom door. Bathroom fan needs repair toilet only good for one flush until a long and noisy tank refill.
