This property stay was wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast each morning with variety and individually made coffee. When we were going to check out the next morning, Ana made us breakfast and placed it in our room. Absolutely loved our stay! Nothing

Excellent location and very helpfull staff

Anna was very helpful. She was great.

We had a comfortable room, bathroom, and bed. The hotel is located in a lovely area and street and we walked everywhere from here. On the second floor but a tiny elevator if needed. We had tea making in the room which was appreciated. Anna, our host was happy, helpful, and friendly, she prepared a lovely breakfast of eggs and a selection of meats, cheese, breads, croissants, yoghurt and juice, so plenty to choose from. She gave helpful tips on activities and places to eat. We loved our time here and in Rome.

The location was great, really close to Piazza del Popolo, a metro station, and many other landmarks in Rome. Breakfast was also rich and very good, and we enjoyed it in our room. The staff was also very nice and welcomed us warmly when we arrived. The room was a little small and we could hear some street and neighbourhood noise, but all in all it was okay and we were able to sleep well at night. Shutters on all the windows in the apartment would have been nice, not just on the windows overlooking the street.

It was located near the starting point of day tours - a 4 min walk . We returned late at night and left early the next day and there was food waiting for us in our room which was greatly appreciated and delicious

no place to eat breakfast but your own room and no laundry service.

Perfect location, quiet, friendly helpful staff.

Location is terrific, breakfast served by staff was great, staff itself super welcoming, facilities can be better I think.

Unfortunately, we did not stay at this B & B. The day prior to our stay we were advised that there would be no one there to greet us at 2:00PM in the afternoon. We were given code after code for entry. I advised them I was not comfortable with this arrangements and they generously allowed me to cancel the stay without any payment or penalty. I truly appreciated yheir honesty for telling us this. I did not like that no one was there after 2:00PM in the afternoon, so we cancelled the stay.

The host was super friendly. She was able to accommodate me and help me check in early while I explore Rome with my family. Great location. Clean as well.

The room was cozy and very comfortable. We had to leave earlier in the morning to get to our next destination and when the lady at the front check in heard this she prepared food for us that night and left it in our room so we would have breakfast in the morning before we left. Really nice lady.

The location is perfect. Not exactly central about was quiet at night but close enough to be within walking distance to the main attractions. Everything was wonderful. Staff was impeccable.

Great location. Easy to get to stuff. Anna was extremely helpful and went to great lengths to accommodate my food restrictions for breakfast. Incredibly kind!

Anna is amazing. She kept in touch right from booking to our last day. It's a room in a building on the second floor. I think there are 4 rooms that they service. We had a double room with a little fridge tea and coffee making. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows. The bathroom is huge and clean. Our room was serviced every day. The breakfast is enough to get you started for a big day of walking. Anna even cooked scrambled eggs. You are close to everything. The longest walk was 30 minutes to Colloseum. Buses around the corner if you want. We had to leave.

location location a little sad but very clean
-
3 fit comfortably. Good breakfast including eggs to your liking etc but you eat it in your room.

The staff were very kind, communicative, and welcoming. Great location - close enough to walk to places (such as Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and Vatican City) yet slightly removed from all the crowds.

First of all. Great service. Anna was so helpful and so friendly. I remember my wife and I looking at each other thinking, this is the best service we have received since being in Italy. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. The wifi was great. The heating in the room was super helpful (we didn't expect the heaters to be on when we got home so this was a pleasant surprise.) Perfect location. It was so close to so many attractions. We struck gold with this place. My wife enjoys a more modern touch to accommodation, but I really thought that the décor and design of the room was very authentic and made me feel like I am staying in Italy. The shower and the bath is one, so the standing position was slightly awkward if you wanted to shower, but it's a small thing to overcome and at least there was hot water.
