Excellent room, in a safe and convenient area close to the Metro B line. The self check-in was very easy. Highly recommended!

Very useful kitchen space. The fan next to the bed was great during the heat wave. Charging ports beside the bed. Close to Bologna station. The double bed was two single beds pushed together so it wasn’t the most comfortable.

Very clean and modern apartment, felt comfortable, was allowed earlier checkout and in a safe and quiet neighborhood

I like the simplicity and comfortness of the room, location is perfect. No milk for my tea, at least some milk cream pack should be provided.

The location is great since the metro station is nearby and the price is on the lower end considering the fact that it's Rome. The common kitchen area is well equipped and clean. The air conditioning is very weak, luckily it wasn't so warm yet because we were here in April. We didn't get enough towels for a 2 night stay and nobody exchanged the ones we used, not sure if we were supposed to ask but we didn't run into any staff at any point. The room and linens seemed clean, but the bathroom needed another round of cleaning. The biggest drawback is one that they can't really control - it's very noisy. Aside from the cars and motorcycles, it seems like teenagers gather outside at night and they are super loud. We could barely sleep honestly.

Proximity to metro Single bed was not comfortable

The room is spacious, quiet, well-maintained, and generally looks quite newly renovated. Modern bathoom. The bed is big and comfy, good bedsheets, blankets, and pillows. The property is easily accessible with public transportation. The shared kitchen is very clean, and there is a big table to sit and eat/drink. There is free tea in the kitchen. Easy and efficient communication with the staff. Easy and contactless check-in and check-out. Overall, the property looks and feels clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Good value for what you pay. It was not warm enough at night. Cannot cook in the kitchen - you can only use a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle. It's not a problem if you plan to eat out or just heat your food. The shower wasn't draining very well.

The place was very clean, well maintained and quite. The neighborhood was also very nice. It was also in the prime location for me so I was very lucky to get the accommodation for the night there. I will definitely book it again when I am in the city. The room had a bit of smell from the washroom, but I opened the window so it was fine.
