This property is conveniently located! Very comfortable room for three people! Nice breakfast that is delivered directly to your room! We did have some street noise, but expected when room faces busy street with view!

Truly a luxury suite just when I needed it! Everything was perfect, the staff so kind, I would recommend to anyone. Very clean and comfortable! ? Really nothing!

It said the room was “roomy” but it was very tight for 3 people. But we are American so used to bigger rooms. Def not a dealbreaker. It was amazing

had a wonderful stay at Hotel Corso 281 and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The hotel is small and boutique-style, but that’s exactly what makes it feel so special—intimate, calm, and truly luxurious without being overwhelming. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring the city. The highlight for me was the balcony—such a perfect addition. Sitting there with a coffee or a glass of wine, soaking in the Roman atmosphere, was unforgettable and made the stay feel extra special. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person was genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, offered great recommendations, and made us feel more like guests in a home than visitors in a hotel. The location is excellent—central and convenient, yet the hotel itself feels peaceful and quiet once you step inside. Overall, Hotel Corso 281 strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and warmth. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Rome. -

The location was absolutely perfect. The property was very clean, and the suite was large, spacious, and comfortable. The balcony faced the back courtyard directly into neighboring balconies, which was disappointing. In addition, the reception staff were not friendly or welcoming , and the in-room breakfast was quite limited

It is on a busy shopping street. So the street is very busy. It was noisy on the weekends till early in the mornings. The shower does not have any water pressure.

Great location! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We liked the flexibility of breakfast in the room at our selected time. I traveled alone with a baby and they came to the room at checkout to help me carry the bags down and I appreciated that. We plan to return!

We do not typically stay in luxury hotels so this was a treat for us! We loved the location for its proximity to everything. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in the room or we could get a packed breakfast if we left the hotel earlier. It looks exactly like the photo. Everything was great! The elevator is quite tiny. You also have to walk up a few stairs to get to the elevator. This was not a problem for us, but I could see it being a barrier for some people.

The cleaning staff are really nice. The breakfast is very poor and bad quality.
-
It’s not look like the picture size of the room is very small There is no reception it’s only entrance about 2 m x 5 m. There is no place in the room to put even the breakfast table. It was a bad experience. I will never do it again.
-
There are few 4 to 6 stairs before the lift, its very inconvenient with a kid and stroller even though sometimes there is hotel staff to help but it still annoying to take the baby out every time. Then lift is very very tiny, one stroller and 2 persons barely fit and room was small, most of the sockets were not working and it was very difficult to charge our mobiles etc
-
The location only The room too small and didn’t fit us well

Supreme location at the heart of the city. Amazing breakfast delivered to the room. The lack of breakfast room was a bit unexpected at first but the in-room breakfast was very good and convenient at the end.
