Colosseo Kokedama rooms

Location was good

The place is in a great location: many restaurants, bars and tourist landmarks around. Metro is also just in the corner. The place is exactly like the picture, very clean. The bathroom is very small but it is ok for few days in Rome. As our flight was just at night, after our check-out Elizabeth let us to leave our luggage there during the day. It was very hot during the day and we had a problem with our air conditioner that was not working. Elizabeth was very helpful and attentive, and brought someone to fix it immediately. In the end all it was fine and issue solved!

Location There was no hot water, the bathroom was falling apart, the beds were not confortables, lots of noise, just one curtain but two windows, so the room was lightly at night. No lift

Very good location, flexible check in, fee umbrellas and coffe. A chest in the room would be nice. (Although there are hangers in the room.)

Good location not far from Roma Termini and Metro line A. Nice neighbourhood closed to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes with many food options. Relatively closed to major tourist attractions but sometimes it requires using metro and buses . Quiet neighbourhood which has a local vibe. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. I like the interior decor which makes it feels like home. The room is a little small for three. Bathroom is dated and cramped and use some improvements, especially the shower. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. Provision of a bar fridge is useful and appreciated. The apartment and the area are generally quiet. However during our stay we could hear activities in the hallway and guests in the next room. Bathroom is dated and cramped and use some improvements, especially the shower. It would be great if a small coffee table is provided next to power points for device charging.

It was a basic room, perfect for one or two people it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and the location was great. You could walk around and see plenty of things and it was closer to the station. Highly recommend and I will stay there again It was all good. No negatives.

Easy check in and very quick help and response from the host. Room with enough space, and clean. Perfect location for us. Quiet little street. We slept well :)

Excellent location to walk everywhere! Secure location and wonderful host with very good communication. Not the most comfortable bed and very small shower that is elevated and slippery to get out of.

We've had a wonderful visit to Rome last week. Special thanks to our host Luca at Colosseo Kokedama as he was really kind and always available to assist in any way. He helped us a lot with the very late check in as our flight delayed with 17 hours and we arrived at night! He also suggested for great restaurants to visit, traditional italian ones :) The apartment location is perfect (Monti area), at a short walking distance to bus stops and metro stations, to lots of tourist places (Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseum, Foro Romano, Vittoriano and many more in the city center). The room was very clean and comfortable (especially the beds), and also we've had the best italian espresso there as compliment. Thanks a lot to Ruth as well, who is taking care of the place on site and being available to always help! We are very grateful for the chance to leave our luggage after the check out and to take it later, as our flight back was in the late evening! So we had few more ours to enjoy Rome! We would definitely come back and highly recommend Colloseo Kokedama as a place to stay in Rome!

Super location in the very Center of rome, but also quit at night. Everything Was nice and clean! The host is super nice and gave us great tips for great italien cuisine. ---
