Best Western Plus Hotel Universo

Thanks for a great family experience…

Very central, walkable from the Roma Termini station with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The rooms were large, and for out family of 5, we had a connecting suite each with a king bed and a twin, which helped a lot with extra space. Service was nice! The surrounding area isn’t the nicest but I didn’t feel unsafe walking at night. Wished the restaurant was opened at night. It’s a large restaurant and a bit confusing what it serves.

Location Drains in both lavatory and bathtub were not working properly. I asked front desk to move us to another room and they finally did.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good and not too crowded like the places near Spanish Steps. Hotel was cleaned Room was small (but in agreement with our reservation) Breakfast was OK...

The breakfast was amazing! It felt much more elevated than the breakfast you would get at a typical hotel... I also liked the fact that I could get 2 double beds in Rome! a MUST for my family. Also if had everything you would need. The rooms were very spacious and most of all, right in the heart of Termini! The location was good BUT I wished it was just a little closer to the main sites right in Rome, but overall it was much better than the average hotel nearby.

This property is centrally located to many attractions in Rome. It was very clean and the water coolers added is a great thing to have available. We refilled our water bottles several times. The staff was also excellent! N/A

Very centrally located. The bathroom had a musty smell, while everything appeared to be clean, the smell was noticeable.

The staff was friendly when we arrived and we were Able to upgrade a room. It is close to the train station and easy to Navigate to and from. Location is good if you want to see lots of different things in the city. Breakfast is was a magnificent buffet.

The room was spacious for our threesome. I booked this hotel for one night specifically because it was near Termini and because it had a refrigerator. The air conditioner was very efficient and adjustable. The rooftop bar on the 8th floor was a surprise and very pleasant. The shower head couldn't be positioned in a way that centered over the user. You had to hand-hold it or constantly adjust it on the stand. The refrigerator didn't get very cold and there didn't seem to be a way to adjust it. Note that there was no freezer. To get ice, go to the 8th floor bar terrace where they will graciously give you a bag (not a bucket) of ice, which you can store in the refrigerator for a bit.

I stayed at the hotel with my family and we had 2 rooms next to each other which was super nice. The hotel was super clean. Staff was super nice. It is 5 minutes walk from the train station which we used the morning after staying at the hotel. Each room had sleepers, robes and anything I could need to have a great stay. The AC at the hotel was amazing considering the fact that it was super hot.

I thought the property was nice. We did wish there was a pool. It was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay there again. I didn’t like that we couldn’t watch any TV in English or even have the option.
