Close to Subway, Bus stop, restaurants and all the facilities. The room was a good space and comfortable. The hostess was attentive and helpful. Very good breakfast with access to a coffee machine, toaster, lactose-free milk, bread, cheese and ham. Also we had croissants from a bakery and pies. Nothing to complain about.

A nice and secure room in central Rome, close to the metro stations. A nice cosy breakfast and coffee in the facility. A very nice and communicative host who gave me clear instructions on the access and usage of the room. A nice and clean shower and the bedroom. My room overlooked the main street, which was very noisy, even at midnight. The air conditioner in the neighbouring facility was producing a loud, low-pitched noise, which disturbed my sleep until very late. This really needs an upgrade.

The room was clean and relatively quiet. The check-in process was extremely poor. No instruction on how to get in to the building, rang the contact number and was told wrong apartment bell to ring when queried this was told "whatever". Would not have gotten if if 2 people weren't leaving.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is great. The landlady was very nice. A supermarket and parking garage are right around the corner. The subway is also within easy walking distance.

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a washing machine. The woman that we talked to was very helpful. The air-conditioning worked well, even though it was extremely hot outside. We also appreciated the location which was away from all the crowds and very close to a metro station. We found very charming restaurants in the area. Nothing, we were very happy with everything!

Such a nice experience! Although we stayed only for a night, we had such a good time! We were surprised by the good taste in decor, the vintage elements gave the room a special touch. Easy communication with the owner overall and we also got the parking spot for our car. The area was pretty and safe, from what we saw! Amazing breakfast! We were sad we couldn’t eat, only took a bite, but we had the flight in the same day an the time pressured us! The Check Out was smooth and the lady we encountered at checkout was so nice! Nothing
