Perfect location for me, the room was clean and cozy. There is everything you need, drinking water and a kettle. Excellent service. I think I found a place where I will stay in Rome. Breakfast starts and ends too early - 6:45-9:45. Check out time also a bit early. 10:00 am

The room was good size for 2 people. They provided drinking water and coffee/tea in the room. The location is at a good residential area in of Rome, easy to get to with car or Metro. Lots of nice restaurants and shops around the apartment. The breakfast is too simple/basic but enough. The bathroom was small.
