The buffet staff are excellent keeping buffet clean and stocked but at the barista where the person in charge are not nice/friendly to me all three timers when I ordered cappuccino and ameicano during my stay..too bad I didn't get his name because I can't stand his manner when I ordered the coffee.

Proximity to Roma Termini The air conditioning was very weak. The cleaning solutions/scent of hotel was very strong.

The staff was very friendly. They booked us vans to transport us to the airport in the morning. They also booked us a cab to go to Vatican City. Their beds were motorized to go up and down. The rooms were also very clean. Would have loved wash cloths however, every where we stayed in Italy, no one had wash cloths, only hand towels.

location and cleanliness n/a

The location was excellent, only a 20 minute walk to the Coliseum and ancient ruins. The room was small but that’s the case in most European hotels .
-
The hotel was an older hotel but it was still reasonably comfortable. It had good proximity to the main Rome Termini station and was easy walking distance to transport and shops. It was good for a short stay in Rome.

The hotel was convenient, clean, friendly, quiet, and offered a good breakfast. The first night I was there, there was no hot water for a shower at midnight. The desk said the next day there was a big party of people who got back late and might all have taken showers as that time. But I had jet lag and hoped to relax with a hot shower to sleep better and was disappointed that I couldn't take a nice warm shower before bed.
