The staff!! Always super friendly and caring. Location is ok for Sapienza. The room was very small and a little outdated. The desk was super mini, couldn’t really work on that. Would not recommend for working.

Polite staff, decent location (close to the metro, with several pizzerias nearby, and the city center is within walking distance if you don’t mind walking), and a balcony. The place is in very poor condition. The walls are cracked and dirty, the floor is tiled, and the sink is literally inside the bedroom. The water in the shower was barely warm. The tap sprays water everywhere One evening the electricity went out in the entire building for about 20 minutes, while everything in the surrounding area was working normally. There is air conditioning, but it’s in very bad shape — I had to leave it running all night at 16°C. At 5 a.m. I woke up because ice was literally falling out of it onto the floor (first time I’ve ever seen that, check the photo). For €100, this was the most basic and problematic stay I’ve had in my life. If you just need a place to sleep for one night, it might be okay. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Location is not bad. Change of towels every day. No sound proof, I could hear all the clients alarms in the morning. Room was not very clean under the bed.

Nice place to stay near the centre and the places I d like to go. Nice service and communication. One extra pay by the end and the somehow damaged neck uber the tube in the bathroom..also the noise from a very close room that in some cases could be distractive.

Great location for purpose of travel. Good price. Very clean. Quiet. I loved the mattress Very basic but i did not mind this, i was not looking for luxury.

Very convenient location, near Sapienza. 2 metro stations close by, and the tram to go to Sapienza. The staff is very kind and attentive. The pillows are excellent!
