we had an issue with the AC that started dripping water but it was quickly solved by the staff :)

Felt like we were staying in an authentic Italian apartment. Quite old fashioned but we like it. All four in the same room and comfy beds. Water and coffee were included which was a nice tough. Location really convenient and was nice to be slightly out of the city where food and drink was a more reasonable price. There was a slight noise of the underground, it didn't effect our sleep and it seemed to stop over night so not really an issue but it was noticeable.

Superb

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very welcoming, the room and bathroom were spotless, and the air conditioning made the stay even more comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent; we especially loved the coffee and the delicious croissant. The location was perfect in a lovely neighborhood, just a short walk from the metro, which made exploring Rome incredibly easy. I would happily stay here again. Nothing. Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Superb

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Since it was my first time staying here, I had some trouble finding the property, but the staff members were already waiting outside to greet me and show me to my room. And the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Overall, I had a great stay and would choose it again if I come to Rome next time. The bathroom water supply could be improved. The hot water was inconsistent and would occasionally turn cold during use, which made showering less comfortable.

This property was in an excellent location, just a 5 minute walk from the underground station. We loved that it was in the heart of ‘real Rome’ not a tourist area. There were some lovely local restaurants a short walk away. Nothing.

Exceptional

A lovely and very pleasant place in a great local area, with many good restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, tidy, and well organized, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Overall, excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay there again.

Nice, hassle-free stay in a great location, very close to the metro station which made travelling extremely convenient. The hotel was neat and clean and the staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. One unique feature I really loved was the small kitchen facility in the hotel. The room facilities overall were excellent, and having a lift to access the hotel was very convenient as well. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. A perfect location with great amenities and service. The only thing I didn’t quite like was that the check-out time was quite early. I would have preferred it to be at 12 PM. Other than that, there were no other issues.

The breakfast is a type of partnership with the cafeteria in the neighbourhood and consists of one croissant and one coffee.

This is a very convenient bed and breakfast accommodation next to Bologna metro station. Bedroom was very comfortable and secure. Luca was a gentleman who welcomed us and looked after us. We had a lovely stay in Roma. Breakfast provided by coffee shop next door even a gluten free cornetto. Thank you. Tv remote not working!

Highly highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the city without breaking the bank. My fiancee and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!!

This place was the perfect budget stay for a visit to Rome. As a small hotel with only a few rooms, it was super quiet and well maintained. Everything was super clean and the perfect place to retreat after a busy day in the city. Only a couple blocks from the metro, so grab yourself a metro pass for your stay to get anywhere in the city in just 20 minutes or so. Highly highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the city without breaking the bank. My fiancee and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!!

The property is clean and overall decent. The listing is misleading in a way that significantly affects the perceived value. There is effectively no real “breakfast included”. What is offered is just a coffee and a croissant via a voucher at a nearby cafe, which is not properly disclosed and cannot reasonably be considered a true breakfast. On top of this, the experience at the cafe was particularly unpleasant and embarrassing. We initially sat at a table, and a waiter came to take our order, but once we showed the vouchers, he told us we had to go to the bar and left, effectively refusing to serve us at the table. When we asked what is offered for children, the only options, instead of coffee, were a glass of milk or just water. Additionally, the claim of “10 minutes to the Colosseum” is misleading — in reality, it is closer to 20 minutes. Overall, the property presents itself as offering more than it actually does, creating a false impression of higher value.

Great room, comfortable beds. Found it easily and it was very located from metro and key tourist destinations. Easy to check in and check out. Cannot fault the room itself at all in terms of facilities and comfort. Breakfast. We assumed breakfast was included, but it was only a coffee and pastry from the cafe downstairs. No actual breakfast spread or anything to fill yourself up before the day starts. Not much choice for the kids, and the cafe owner weren’t the friendliest.

The owner was very friendly and the room and the bath room were very clean. Strong reception of Wifi signal. The only comment to add is to provid an EU plug socket. I faced this problem in all the other hotels I stayed last week. I'd stay again in this hotel and would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Rome. Good location, close to Metro and busses. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
