Location was great: Access to metro station and just a few minutes walk to Vatican city. I had not seen any staff during our stay and we did the check in and the checkout as we agreed via SMS. So easy to handle We stayed four nights in this accommodation and I would say “There are many things needs to be improved in the room”. The towels need to be changed everyday. We got clean towels just by our arrival. There was not any shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. The trashes got emptied every day, but not cleaning the floor nor the bathroom. The bed and the pillows were really uncomfortable and the pillow cases did not get changed during our stay.

Great location alongside Metro. Staff lovely. Good overall value Breakfast voucher at nearby cafe consisted of a drink and croissant. Microwave available but no cutlery/crockery so self-catering not an option. Unsure why it was in the room? No view but we weren't there for a view!

Staying here was the best choice we could have made. Check in was easy, and our stay was delightful. The Metro station is right by the building so it was easy to get here from the airport and move around the city. The Vatican is in walking distance. Breakfast was the best, the little bakery is so cute and the pistachio croissants are a must try. We will definitely stay here next time we visit. There was no such thing. Everything was amazing.

Very good location right next to the metro station and within walking distance of the Vatican. Breakfast was in the form of coupons which could be redeemed at a (very good!) nearby bakery for a coffee and a pastry. The host was very friendly and always available via Whatsapp if we had any questions

Easy access to metro and sites around Rome and the Vatican. Also had small refrigerator and microwave. Host easy to access with questions in English. Did not understand first day how to access breakfast, so missed out.

The b&b is exactly at the metro station Ottaviano, therefore you can move easily from there. The location is good in particular to visit Vatican City. The breakfast is served in the coffee shop (bar) that you find outside the b&b and this allows you to have basically no time restrictions and you can have a usual Italian breakfast. In the neighborhood you have a large variety of restaurants and shops, also a carrefour mini market is located just next door. The building has large walls so there might be little phone signal, however the Wi-Fi works well and I was able to work from there. Last (but not least) Michela is really kind and attentive! I only would suggest to improve pillows / pillowcases (either a smaller pillow or a bigger pillowcase).

Perfect location - underground station is right in front of the main door :) Room was perfectly clean, with microwave and fridge, there was coffee and tea available in the hallway 24/7. The owner responden within 5 minutes on Whatsapp and helped us a lot! Breakfast - coffee and pastry in lovely bistro 1 minute away from the apartment included in the apartment price. We are definitively coming back♥️♥️
