Prior to my trip in 2026, I first stayed here in 2014. This hotel is located in an elegant neighborhood with lots of embassies. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s not located in central Rome, which I find appealing in the high season because it gives you a break from the throngs of tourists. The property has nice flowering plants on the outside. My higher tier room was very spacious and impeccably clean. The Wifi worked well. The property is showing some signs of wear compared to what I saw in 2014. The carpets in the hallways, while clean, are worn in places. The AC unit in my room, while cooling well enough, could only be turned on or off by front desk staff, presumably using the breaker box. There is a lovely veranda (porch) on this property, but the staff members were instructed to keep plastic curtains down, which limited air circulation.

The location is good, - wonderful residential areas, well connected to town. The staff were exceptionally kind and did their best to make up for the major shortcomings of the hotel. Before my stay, I specifically requested a quiet room because I was attending and working on a conference over several days. Unfortunately, I was initially placed between two very noisy rooms. I was given explanations that later turned out not to be accurate, which was disappointing. The following day, I was moved to a room on the second floor, which was largely empty and much quieter. However, a more serious issue occurred later during my stay when the hotel lost electricity completely. As I urgently needed to work and had an important commitment the next day, I was eventually booked into another hotel. My main criticism is not directed at the staff, who remained professional, courteous, and helpful throughout, but at the management. There seemed to be a lack of communication, accountability, and leadership. Rather than addressing guests directly and taking responsibility for the situation, management appeared to avoid contact and left the staff to deal with the consequences. In situations like these, guests expect those in charge to stand up for the establishment, communicate openly, and provide reassurance. Unfortunately, that did not happen. In summary, the kindness and professionalism of the staff were the highlight of the stay, but the management's handling of significant issues made the overall experience disappointing.

Receptions Nurettin was exceptionally helpful and kind. All the staff was very friendly as well. Room 12 AC was not working from the room, that was the only downside.

A very quite location in a beautiful area of Rome. A short walk from shops and restaurants and parks. Quiet, with not many guests, it was not crowded. A unique themed hotel with a great vibe. More like a home than a hotel. Would certainly stay here again. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working, although you didn't really need it in April.

The location is great, the neighborhood is very quiet but at the same time not far from the center. The balcony was very pleasant. Most of all, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very small and the bathroom needs to be redone.

On the day of my arrival, I was significantly late for check-in, but they accommodated me politely. The room was even cleaner than the photos and I was very satisfied. My only regret is that I was unable to enjoy breakfast due to my schedule. I was able to make the most of my stay at this hotel and enjoy sightseeing in Rome. Thank you very much. No. I was very satisfied with everything.

delightful little hotel, tastefully decorated, and appropriately vintage in décor, with modern touches to match its art deco look and feel; it felt like home away from home, which is the experience i was after all was very well
