I liked check in and room. Seat savers at the pool. Should have limits to how long someone can hold a cabana or chair without being there.

Very few positivies to take out, lets say the lobby is nice. We were threaten by the front door security staff, when we arrived by car and asked him to show us how was the parking system in the hotel aince there was zero explanation, just a barrier with no way to get in… the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism was shocking. We felt threatened by the security staff who was supposed to be there to protect us as guests. The elevator stopped and we remained locked for 10 minutes inside.. calling the bell and the people answering the SOS call said they needed to collect our personal details to send help but they couldnt hear us. On top of that we requested separate bed on both rooms and got confirmation a month in advance, however both rooms had queen beds. Finally the air conditioning on all rooms was bearly working… all guests were complaining in reception, but it could t be fixed. Its a shame, while other social hub locations such as the one in firenze are exceptional, this was a traumatic experience and we will never return.

Love the concept of this property. You really don’t have to leave the hotel as it has almost everything you need on site. I loved the mix of the old and new blended together for the property grounds. It was far out from everything so it was either a 20-30 minute walk or you have to take a taxi. It is close to the train station so some parts of the neighborhood are a bit sketchy but I never felt unsafe.

The place is so nice. You can’t even imagine the positive vibes that it gives. The common areas are nice and neat, with an amazing and calming atmosphere. I was really impressed by the overall experience I think the swimming pool entrances and permanence should be regulated so that eveyone could enjoy the experience

The french fries were out of this world! This was my second time staying and I loved it. Great location, amazing property - gorgeous garden. I will definitely stay here again. I also liked the proximity to the train and other places. Close enough to easily get to but far enough away that it wasn't too noisy or busy. I thought that the bed was a little too small. It was located so close to the wall/window, it was hard to get in and out without crawling over the other bed. Otherwise, the room was good. Better for one person than two if you are sharing with a friend.

Really nice hotel. Love the amenities ; lovely staff; accommodating Our room wasn’t cleaned fully . Cleaning stuff left cups and forgot towels

There needs to be more pool beds. It would be awesome if they could find a way to add more lounge chairs. It was a first come / first serve situation, so there were times where people had been waiting for a bed for a while, just for someone new to walk up and snag it from them. The staff could do a better job with having a list or something, or set a limit on the time you could reserve a bed. There were several people who put their things on a bed, then left. Ridiculous. I did enjoy the fact they were free though.

Nothing We stayed at The Social Hub Rome as a family and, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Despite being advertised as a hotel, it feels much more like a student dormitory or hostel. The rooms are very small, dark, and basic, with no closets or proper storage space. Whenever we requested something for the room, it took a very long time to receive it. The towels were old and had an unpleasant smell. The rooftop pool was also a disappointment. It was extremely crowded, making it difficult to find any space to relax or enjoy the facilities. The location is another downside. It’s far from the main attractions, not within walking distance of most sights, and you’ll need a taxi to get around. It’s also very close to the railway tracks, and the noise from passing trains made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and would not choose to stay here again.

Great staff! Amazing Pool and all round vibe! Definitely recommend!
-
location, it's far from the city center.
-
Awesome amenities with comfortable rooms. It’s a bit of a trek from the main attractions and hard to get Ubers. A 25 min walk during the day wasn’t bad into the action but would not do it at night.

Very nice an updated and unique concept. Would have like a few more American food options.

It was far from attractions but gave us the opportunity to see more of the city for what it is and got us our steps.
