Beautiful rooms, excellent location and wonderful staff to help with any needs.

Everything amazing! My daughter loved the sunset in the rooftop and the bath. We got a quiet bedroom, super clean and spacious. Nothing :)

The prices of the rooftop restaurant were more expensive than any other restaurant I experienced in my stay.

Great location! Room had a nice balcony, good size room. A short taxi ride away from Trevi fountain, Colosseum is only 15 min walk. If you want to be away from the crowd this will be a good spot. Rooftop was nice, we only got to enjoy it one day. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Ants in the bathrooms of both rooms. Not a great location.

everything. staff was super kind, friendly and helping. room is amazing, big, brand new, bed and linen and all amazing. masa view is incredible, location is perfectly around termini a little bit the shower pressure and temperature adjustment hairdryer needs to be improved

The location was very good. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Of the four hotels we stayed at in Italy, this was about the best. The WiFi worked well. Air conditioning was good. The elevator is small. The bed could have been more comfortable. The shower area and bathroom were adequate, but not more than functional. There was a lot of street noise in the evening with children yelling at late hours, lots of emergency vehicles and dogs barking.

Restaurant staff was inconsistent. Different charge for same items on different days. Went along with the friendliness of the staff.

The hotel was lovely inside, clean & modern. Located close enough to the main attractions. Staff were exceptional, friendly and willing to assist with anything. The restaurant (MASA) on the roof provides lovely food in a lovely setting with attentive staff.

Location and the bed was comfortable. A good place to sleep but not really a place to hang out. We had an odd shaped room facing the inner courtyard that had the hotel utilities.

Location

Location was great and staff were very helpful and friendly. The bath towels had large holes in them and were so thin and over used. The shower door was off the track and wouldn’t close completely. The hotel staff was in the hallways banging items around in the middle of the night and were very loud.

Felt kind of stuffy

Attentive and very accommodating. Staff were brilliant and very helpful Accommodation is small but attention to detail is next level. Will start here again when we travel back in May. Sky bar was lonely also with stunning setting

Clean and spacious with nice breakfast, Rome Termini and city sites not far, great location. The elevators a bit slow and small, but a least they have them, and they worked fine.

Lift too small

The property is only an 8 minute walk from Roma Termini and close to many shops, eateries, and churches. The hotel itself has great amenities and I enjoyed the beautiful bathrooms and balcony views.
