The room space and the location One guy really helped me at the time of the check in and helped me with the luggages 1-It’s not a hotel - it’s like an hostel 2- no elevator to get your luggages to the first floor 3- they said that they are not providing a tissue box or dental kit or shower cap etc.

Good location, friendly staff A bit too pricy
-
it can be a personal perspective, but room access should be limited. It is too easy for anyone from the street to enter the hotel and go straight to the rooms
-
Amazing location Front desk only work from 9am to 4:30pm. We had to wait on the street until they started working at 9am

Absolutely loved this hotel and I will be staying here when I come back to Rome, perfect location, clean, and very aesthetic! 10/10 will recommend to my friends.

good location, run by very friendly people bit noisy some of the street facing rooms

Location, good room No interior elevator

The location and staff was friendly. The room was very small, limited amenities, blow dryer was melted and smelled of smoke, the toilet seat was broken, and the hotel was leaking which made it an unpleasant stay since there were buckets and chipped walls/painting in the lounge area.

The location is great right at a corner of via del Corso. But the elevator with the luggage stopped between floors. Which might be inconvenient for wheelchairs and or a lot of luggage( which was our family case) despite of that the hotel is well structured. And great location. The carpet and sofa/ fabric were a little grimy. They could clean it for better appearances to the cleaning.

Great location, loved the design of the hotel. Nice staff. Only thing missing is a safe in the room.

Great location, very helpful staff, comfortable bed

Helpful stuff Some rooms facing the main street No breakfast

The room was spacious, very well equipped and the decoration was nice. The bed was super comfy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great as you can walk to Rome's main attractions. Good value for money, There is no elevator in the building and there were a lot of stairs to go through to get to my room. I don't know if the isolation of the windows was good or not but the street below my room was very noisy even late at night, thankfully I had brought ear plugs.

Cleanliness Furniture No direct elevator to the room Too small TV and far away from bed

The hotel in a great location on a small street, just off the Via del Corso and a five-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. Although the room's window overlooked Via del Corso, the room itself remained very quiet. The room was spacious, clean, and featured a comfortable bed. The hotel is on the second floor of a residential building. Unfortunately, the building's elevator does not service this floor, requiring to use the stairs. Overall, this was a great experience, largely due to the prime location within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. The shower pressure was very low, and we had to request service to regulate it. There was no staff available after the late evening. Additionally, an alarm went off from an electrical closet around 5 a.m., and there was nobody to turn it off until 8 a.m.
