size of the room It was advertise as a hotel but it was just a room in an very old building with lots stairs, very old one person elevator, no staff around

Location only The website completely misrepresents the facility. No communal areas, nowhere else to sit, relax, have a drink. Our room was not a suite. We wanted a separate room for our daughter; but there was not a second bedroom, only a sitting room. The outer door was shabby and uninviting. The inner door !as an ugly old metal door. Given these issues, the cost was exorbitant.

This property is like living in a museum. It is a 1550s palazzo. Our room was smaller and do the air conditioning was affective after about 6 hours in the heat of Summer. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could be cleaner.

The room Door opens on a wide stairs ! Honestly didn’t like the room and I never stayed at it - I left though the payment was non- refundable .

Your staying in an actual palace in the middle of Rome. We even were given a tour of the property by an actual princess. So cool! It needs to be updated and cared for better at the price point. We have stayed at other estates the same age and found those better maintained. The hotel service ends at daily cleaning and feels more like you’re staying at a AirBnB.

One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. Looks better in person.

This property allows you to immerse yourself in part or Rome's history. One member of staff who greeted us at the facility need to take a course in customer relations. Enough said

The palazzo is absolutely stunning and you couldn't ask for a better location. I think that the towels need to be changed, reminds me of towels at a Holiday Inn. It was also very difficult to make coffee or tea in the room as the only outlet to use was in the bathroom.

Unbelievable experience! We literally stayed in a palace. We had access to multiple living rooms and a dining room. The space and entire stay was like something from a fairytale. And the owner gave us a historical tour of the property when we checked out. And the Spanish Steps are a block away. I can’t believe this is on booking.com.
