Good location - Vatican and city center nearby. HAM supermarket in 100 m, good choice and prices. Bus 64 goes directly to Termini station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Cleaning everyday.

Luigi on check in was lovey, the location is about 10 mins from the Vatican City There was a late check in fee that I only found out about before check in. The room was too light, I couldn’t find a way to keep the room dark with only a net curtain type material. The rooms didn’t have much in the way of noise reduction, could hear the conversation from next door. Breakfast isn’t on site which I didn’t know in advance and it was difficult to find as there was no signage.

Not a hotel, entirely an apartment so felt a little mislead when the rating called it a 5 star hotel. It was a nice place but I don't think it should be labeled that way

Very cute and quaint rooms with private bathroom and daily cleaning and change of linen. Landlady very helpful and kind! Voucher for breakfast in cafeteria close by very convenient. Location is very good, a 3 minute walk from the Basilica of the Vatican!! Not much!
