Location exceptional, easy to navigate Rome. Only negative was room size, exceptionally tight.

The location is perfect and the hotel is great on all fronts for value and comfort and truly great staff.

Nothing The room was not clean at all. The AC has a damage sound and when I complained they said put the fan on low to avoid the sound!!! Very noisy also

We loved everything about this property! The location is ideal, the rooms are very well equipped and comfortable, the breakfast is divine and this hotel is literally in THE PRETTIEST street in all of Rome.

Beautiful property with very friendly staff and excellent location on a quiet street yet close to everything. We went in early April and while it was warm the AC was not yet on, so we were told to open the windows. This wouldn’t normally be an issues however our room opened to the courtyard below where people would be smoking. As non-smokers this was a challenge for sleeping at night since we had to keep the windows closed to avoid smoke fumes entering the room which got quite hot.

Great location and wonderful staff Rolling our multiple suitcases on a cobblestoned path that has steps. The hotel had a hot water issue and we were without hot water for about 12 hrs but staff repaired the issue and were apologetic
