Hotel Trastevere

A localização é excelente, fica no coração de trastevere então é repleto de restaurantes, comércio e atrações por perto. A equipe é muito agradável e o café da manhã é bem gostoso. É um hotel extremamente antigo e o quarto é bem simples mesmo, nós que passamos 1 dia foi o suficiente mas eu não diria que é confortável para se hospedar mais que isso

The location was ideal for our family and everyone who we met that worked at the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. We liked everything about the place.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us an early check in, booked an early morning taxi for us, and even provided a breakfast to go as we had a very early departure.

The location was excellent. Our room was big (one bed, with bunks) and the AC was much appreciated after a hot day exploring Rome. The breakfast was good, coffee always delicious and the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming! Nothing to note.

The breakfast and the staff was very good It was only one night between long flights. I wish I could have a good shower and sleep but the drain was clogged, and taking a shower was really unpleasant. When I asked for solutions as change the room or fix the problem, they were very late and they didn’t solve it.

The service was excellent. The staff very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast and coffee My first room was too small and narrow. But my room during 2nd stay was a lot better. Whatever the room lacks, the service more than compensate. I will definitely stay again.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Carolina and her colleagues were super helpful and friendly. We are in our 70s and the location was more densely populated than we had anticipated. But that is on us for not doing better research

Check in could not have been friendlier. The location was very convenient, in the heart of Trastevere. A short walk from the tram line, a piazza, and tons of great restaurants and bars. We could not immediately access our room at check in, but they kindly let us store our luggage so we needn't traipse all over Rome with bags. Our room was accessible via an entrance next door to the main hotel lobby. The room was basic but comfortable and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. It was a garden-level room, so no view to speak of, but we were only staying one night so that wasn't a big deal for us. This is not the fault of the hotel or its staff, but other guests were extremely loud and obnoxious - loud conversations in the hallway and in surrounding rooms late at night. The walls are relatively thin, so it felt like they were right in the room with us.

Excellent helpful staff, good breakfast and coffee. Very clean and comfortable. The room was a little small but it did not bother us.

Charming basic hotel. Our room was very old and at first we were not happy but it served the purpose for our stay. I guess it was one of the older rooms. This hotel is in Trastevere and is close to all that is happening there. Very nice and helpful staff.
