The location, 2 minutes from the Spanish steps. The Receptionist and the HouseKeeper were really friendly Very small shower.

Great location. Shower door was so small I couldn’t use the shower. Opening was barely as wide as my forearm to the middle of my palm. My shoulders and build is bigger than that.

Everything was very good I just didn’t like that I didn’t have hot water , I know it’s summer and it’s very hot in Rome but I’d like to have hot water.

Right in the Heart of Rome, restaurants outside the door yet still quiet enough inside to sleep . 10/10 location , comfortable bed and delicious breakfast . Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the location of the hotel couldn't be better. Great value for money. I was woken up at 6AM with the staff making (very loud) breakfast preparations. To be fair to the hotel management, they were very apologetic and moved me to a room away from the breakfast area that morning, and everything was great from that point on. I would stay there again!

Everything. The location is top notch. The staff is the best. Everybody is nice and helpful. Only one suggestion If possible to have a mini fridge in the room. Thats all.
