The staff here are so friendly and helpful. It's also located very conveniently for visiting the Vatican. The television was very high up on the wall, making it difficult to watch programmes.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. I messaged them ahead of time if we could checkin early. They didn't promised anything but when we got there lucky our room is ready. Room was spacious for the 3 of us. Air conditioning is working and the breakfast choices was very good. Location wise is good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vittoria. The location was great, and the staff was really friendly. We also really appreciated the guy who made us coffee every morning. The coffee was delicious!

Welcoming staff and good value for money, although the shower didn't seem to be cleaned. The staff did quickly come solve the issue though so no complaints! breakfast ended at 10am which was a little irritating when out late due to the hotel being far from the centre, however there was a large variety of food and delicious options, making it worth getting up. i wouldn't recommend this hotel to families with little kids unless your ready to walk a long way to get into the main historical centre of Rome, as the buses in Italy are often unreliable and the metro station is a 10 minute walk away. but if your up for the walk its worth it!

The breakfast was exceptionally good. Everything was fresh and the variety was sufficient. Very nice choice of fruits, nuts and cereals. Mini croissant with cream filling were nothing short of amazing. Coffee was pretty good as well. The hotel is located about 12 minutes of casual walking from Vatican Museum. Very friendly staff and cleaning done properly. The room was very small with a bathroom slide door that wouldn't close fully and left a pretty big gap. The water tank for the toilet is leaking slightly and there was a mist coming out of it when it was filling up. The shower was pretty tiny with low pressure water. WiFi was OK at best, not allowing to visit some sites in other countries. A/C was extremely weak and wasn't working properly, so the room was a bit warm.
