Wonderful staff, very clean and comfortable. Just a little warm in the room even with the air conditioner blowing.

Location is quite convenient - we were able to enjoy gelato across the street, dinner around the corner, and even take a walk (only a mile!) to the Colosseum. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. They don’t have a gym but only a 5min walk away and a 15 euro guest pass at the Hive hotel was a great option. Lastly we used their services for all transfers from the airport to the hotel to the cruise terminal and back - choosing to stay at this location for both the front end and back end of our trip. It’s quite small. I mean that’s the name of the hotel. It’s a single floor within another hotel.

Perfectly blended luxury with home-like comfort. None

Great location, great accommodations good AC, extremely friendly staff and good breakfast. It has Netflix. It is near plenty of shops and food and you can walk to the Colosseum through a great neighborhood. It’s actually better for finding some of the hidden attractions in Rome like smaller churches nearby. This is also a great place to stay at the beginning or end of your trip because it is so accommodating tourist who need comfort like a cold place to stay elevators, soft mattresses and pillows, etc. I have stayed many times and will definitely be back! It has gotten a little pricey for being a boutique, but I suppose I would still pay the price for the convenience!

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Not far from termini. Easy to roam around and the room is so clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was excellent, especially with the beautiful balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job—the room was spotless every day. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Excellent location. 8 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the Metro. Lots of places to eat within 5 to 10 minute walk. Very friendly staff and decent breakfast to help you start your day. The room was very, very hot and the air conditioner unit was old and not working properly. Had to opened the terrace door at night to get some relief from the heat inside the room.

The breakfast is excellent and all of the staff are helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for strolling around the city center and many attractions and excellent shopping is nearby, as well as charming street cafes. The room had air conditioning which was welcome for our summer stay with record high temperatures. I actually have no complaints. For a small hotel with moderate prices, this place is excellent. I will stay here again.

Rooms are very small

The internet had a spotty connection and the TV was only in Italian, and the subtitles didn't seem to be working, even after many attempts at the settings, the TV would only show a single caption claiming "this is page 778." So if you are looking forward to TV after a long day (that you can understand) keep this in mind.

Boa localização, bastante próximo à estação Termini. Box do banheiro não escoava a água, provocando o extravazamento de água para o quarto no momento do banho.

Very small hotel room and air conditioning wasn’t as expected

Cheerful, friendly and helpful staff. Check in was nice and as we had an early flight and would miss breakfast, they offered to pack breakfast for us to take - so thoughtful! Room was quiet, clean and spacious enough with a nice modern bath. Good location - close to Monte and train station - but further from the historic center. nothing comes to mind

Ana was very sweet. Very accommodating when my friend had an early flight, she arranged for an early take away breakfast.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of major attractions, dining, and nightlife. For travelers who prioritize getting around on foot or with minimal transit, the central spot is a major plus. Rooms are not particularly spacious and felt dated compared to the price point. Bedding was not very comfortable, contributing to less restful nights. Given the price, the room quality didn’t feel aligned with expectations.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! What an amazing location. The hotel is centrally located and it's easy to navigate to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. I recommend renting the junior suite because the terrace is delightful! The hotel is very clean and the air conditioning was wonderful too as the temps were higher than normal in June. The hotel staff was exceptional! The woman that checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. The woman that brought us our breakfast each morning was also so nice. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome! NOTHING! We do not have a single complaint about our stay here!

Really good location and good breakfast. The hotel was modern.

The staff were wonderful. Very helpful and made recommendations for good places for food or coffee around the city. The breakfast option was a nice selection of fruits, breakfast foods, and pastries. Good coffee as well.
