It was close to everything

The only thing they could improve is to provide iron for rooms, most of our clothes were crumpled after the suitcase and there is no shop nearby to purchase any iron for the clothes
-
Staffs are very kind.
-
Accessible to everything Nothing

I like the property but the problem was the room we were given. Our room was very small but we were charged for a supreme room.
-
The elevator is too small but it works.

Location is wonderful.
-
The location. The rooms are very small and the staff didn’t clean that well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room was also available when we arrived early. The breakfast was very good. Many options to choose from. Great to have a lift, very helpful with the luggage. The room description stated four twin beds. It was two twin beds, and one made up sofa bed. The safe did not work. Lighting in the bathroom was not good.

Nice location accessible to main attractions in rome The hotel itself have on part that the rooms are old and other part that are newer with more space. We asked for relocation and they moved us to a better room.

Accessible to everywhere in Rome and restaurants is every where too Elevator is too small but it didn’t give us a problem

The location was very good, close to Termini , many bus stops and metro . Many nice cafes were around the hotel. Walking distance from Trevi Fountain and piazza republica, which was very convenient . Breakfast was good. My bed / couch was inconvenient due to metallic tubes on the edges. When we chose the room the beds were different in the photo . There was no mirror in the room. Hairdryer was also inconvenient. No shampoo at all in the bathroom, and no drinking water at least for the 1st night . Cleaning service was not attentive , they took my pijamas along with the laundry and towels, luckily they found and brought it back the next day ?

It’s well located , the staff was nice , they gave us great recommendations for dinner places. They wouldn’t give us a second key unless we asked , they gave it to us the second day , however we needed it since the first night , one friend had to stay in the room in the dark , since the keys are the light switch to the rooms

Unfortunately this was the worst hotel we stayed in our lives. The only thing that was good was that the room was organized and towels were changed daily which is the bare minimum for hotels. The other somewhat good thing is that on your check out day, you can ask the hotel to store your luggages for free but they put it to the breakfast area which accessible by anyone and they also do not check who got which luggage so not safe at all. The rooms are extremely small: this was our first time in Rome and it seems to be a common feature of regular rooms in Rome but besides being small, it was decorated as if a cheap dormitory. The opaque “window” opens to the middle of the building and therefore no sunlight can be seen. Besides this, there is always a bad smell so forget about fresh air. There was also no complete wall separating bathroom from the bed area: there was an opaque glass door that was open at the top that was somewhat setting boundries of the bathroom so not a very comfortable bathroom besides again being extremely narrow. In general, architectural design of the hotel is very bad which I had read before booking but I did not expect it to be this bad. Breakfast was mediocre which we ended up skipping for 2 mornings out of 3 total. For these conditions, I really believe that the hotel should be half the price. We also afterwards checked some other hotels since we even considered changing our hotel: they were also small but at least you could see the sun and get fresh air, as well as being decorated like a hotel and only were slightly more expensive. My recommendation is, for staying one night, Hotel Flavia could work but if you want to explore Rome in mutliple days and nicely relax in your hotel room, definitely pay a bit more and stay in a decent hotel that makes you feel comfortable.

Good location, there are restaurants outside hotel. I just like highlight the matress it’s really uncomfortable. And when someone flushes the toilet from the other room you could really hear them. But over all location is good 10mins to metro by walk but we just walk to centro 14mins in all.. receptionist is also very excellent attitude when we arrive there was a guy i think he is in 50’s he is really nice

What I liked the most about this hotel is its location. This is my second time staying here, and I feel that it’s perfectly situated between the train station and the city center. It feels safe and not as crowded as other streets closer to the main tourist sites. Although it might be a bit far to walk to attractions like the Colosseum or the Vatican, you can easily take a bus. They offer breakfast included, which is always a great and positive feature for any property. The rooms are clean and the towels are changed daily, cleanliness is not an issue. The staff is very kind, they also allowed no us to store our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient since our flight was at night. If they improved their amenities, they could easily achieve a higher rating.

Great location , clean , very good breakfast. Fast access to main attractions in Rome , very close to public transportation including metro. A great option to explore "Eternal City"! And the staff was very friendly and helpful. A little bit "basic" the rooms , but very clean , and very good value for money . So I recommend it !
