I was quite disappointed as they requested to pay 10 € for the air condition for few hours of staying, the hotel clerk (they had only 1 guy) looked arrogant

The position was exceptional, very close to Termini Metro & Railway station The old and small elevator generally not working, the garbage at the entrance stinking, the refrigerator missing, the air condition was very poor.

I didn't really like much. This was the hotel we found last minute after the scam on Booking.com. No fridge in the room, air conditioning at extra £10 per day. It is close to Termini, but to go to the touristic places you have to walk 30 mins. if you want to take metro, it can be convenient. It was too noisy at night, and the neighbourhood was not safe. There was a huge rubbish pile in the building, which smelled really bad, especially in the hot weather! The receptionist was not available during the day, we had to wait for him a while.

near main station reception ask me for 10 EUR for AC. elevator is very very small (50CMx100CM) hotel send me message before arrive :- Check-in is permitted until 12:30am. After this time, if agreed with the concierge, a surcharge of €30.00 in cash will apply.

the price to quality ratio is not good at all, old room, very outdated, paid air conditioning. also the price vs location is not great, around Termini is for sure not the best place to stay in Rome. one more thing, if somebody pays 100 EUR per night for single room, for sure he can pay the extra 4Eur city tax, no need to make the person go and get the money (as it can only be paid cash) instantly before you check them in, not good service at all.
