The elevator is ancient and slowly.
-
Wonderful location, beautiful view, close to the station and within walking distance from sights. Good staff and service
-
Shower door was hard to close but work well.

The location was perfect. Situated within an easy walk (with luggage) from the main train station and to the metro as well as sight seeing buses. It was a 15- 20 minute walk to Trevi fountain and other major sights. The room was clean and staff wonderful. Would love a fridge in the room so that we could have breakfast in our room or even to have a cup of tea.

The hotel clerk was very accommodating and explained everything to us about how to get around Rome. The property was very clean and convenient would recommend.
-
No shampoo in the bathroom.

The rooms are spacious and clean. There are number of restaurants near the hotel. The staffs were friendly and informative. The night staff gave us the maps of Rome and information about places to visit in Rome. The hotel provided us with electric kettle, biscuits and sachets as a complimentary. 10 minutes walk to Rome Remini Central Station. None

The main issue with this hotel is that the room windows are old and face the street, so the noise from passing cars comes into the room very strongly, which is very disturbing. The beds are not comfortable, and the shower cabin is also very small, making it difficult to take a shower.

Our room was spacious and very clean.

The stuff and and the location.

Everything is perfect, the location is close to the Termini and all visitors sites. The reception is very friendly, responsible and accurate. The rooms are very clean and good size, nothing to complain about. I always book here when in Rome.

rooms are different from pictures and very thin pillows
-
There is no one at reception at night but that didn’t present any problem. The reception area on first floor didn’t seem to be in use while we were there.
-
Location was gokd The rooms are kinda old compared to the price
-
Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful Room was stark and lacked any feel of comfort. Walls were very thin and it was very unpleasant to hear people next door using their bathroom

All the pictures you see is not true , this should never be called hotel , the staff try to be nice but the hotel has nothing to offer , the rooms are old very old , the bathroom is not clean and the shower barley works , everything is rusty and yellow in the bathroom , cleaning is only until 12pm its like you are on vacation to wake up early or u wont get cleaning, the hotel smells bad , to walk to trevi fountain the path in a hard incline road so its far but its not that bad , its only called a hotel but there is no one at reception at night if u need anything, I skipped nice apartments in rome just to book in a hotel but its not hotel at all , usually we are guys and we dont care about where we stay , but this truly was bad experience and made us upset, overall you feel like you booked in 2 star hotel , and when the hotel books you a ride , the driver charges you with higher price late ( airport) , if you barely talk other guests will knock on your door , I asked for just 1 hr late check out because my flight was at night , they said no , and when I was late 40 minutes trying to pack up quickly the receptionist said (you guys are rude for not respecting time given ) which is something normal and it happens during check out although we have been very nice and smiling and being nice all the time , I rarely have a bad experience in hotels specially with guys because at vacation its just a place to sleep but this was bad experience , I was charged 400€ for a mistake I didn’t do because I made another booking in their website before booking.com and their website doesn’t work and they sent no confirmation, they almost made me pay twice, it a lont story but anyhow this is what happened

The mini fridge was in poor condition, and had what looked like mold growing in it.
-
- No air-co in the room, just a noisy fan - As a consequence, windows must remain open and noise coming from the street all the night - Dirty bathroom - Quite often there is nobody at the reception: the day of the check-out after waiting for a while I went by myself to look for my luggage in the nearby room
-
Shower was awful, it was seemingly impossible to get warm water, either freezing cold or scorching hot. Bed sheets were also very rough.

Room is small. Air-conditioning is not good.
