Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. Wi-Fi did not work at all, and even the phone signal in the room was very weak. The room was very small and noisy from outside sounds. Even, the fridge was making loud noises, making it difficult to rest.

The staff were amazing, especially Fabiola, who were very kind and always ready to help. facilities like the internet and air conditioning could have been improved -as those were poor in my room.

Location is close to the station, I like that it is clean and the reception is very friendly. It's too noisy, the air conditioner is working too loudly, the trains are passing by, there were some other sounds that I couldn't define, so I didn't manage to rest. Also the shower cabin was blocked and we couldn't shower, so I had to fix it because I was told that the person who works on maintenance can't come until morning. The door of the room and other furniture looks old.
