This is the perfect place to stay if you are in Rome. It's only a short walk from the train station which is very handy for onward travel or day trips. The hotel is very neat and tidy, the beds were very comfortable, it has air-conditioning and a the bathroom is very spacious. Its very close to bus stops , otherwise it is a 20 minute walk to the trevi fountain and approx 30min walk to the Colosseum. It was next to a busy road, however we heard no noise. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying in Rome. Everything was perfect

Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Housekeeping I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When I made the booking, the room shown and described was much larger than the one I was given upon arrival. After I complained, they moved me to a slightly bigger room, but it still did not match what had been advertised. The biggest issue, however, was the housekeeping service. We stayed for three nights. The hotel informed us that if we wanted the room cleaned, we had to place the housekeeping sign on the door. We did exactly that and even sent a WhatsApp message reminding them to clean the room. We left the hotel at 11:00 AM and returned at 11:00 PM, giving them an entire day to service the room. To our shock, nothing had been done. The room was not cleaned, the towels were not replaced, and the bed linens were not changed. It was exactly as we had left it. This level of service is completely unacceptable for any hotel. If guests follow your instructions and even send an additional reminder, there is no excuse for ignoring the request. The only positive part of our stay was one member of the staff who served us morning tea. He was polite, kind, and helpful, and we genuinely appreciated his hospitality. Unfortunately, one good staff member could not make up for the overall poor experience. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic standards of cleanliness, accurate room descriptions, and reliable customer service.

The location was ok, close to Termini There was no water for an entire day and we had to change the accommodation at out own cost and the hotel failed to give us back the money for the nights we weren’t using the accommodation. Also, the shower is tiny and there is only the shower above the head, so if you want to shower you have to wash your hair too. The beds are small and not comfortable.

The location is close to Roma Termini and subway stations. The bed is old. The shower has bugs flying around all the time. The worst part is 2 out of 6 mornings, there was NO HOT WATER. 1 out of the 2 mornings, there was NO WATER. The “hotel” has not responded to my complaints. The neighborhood near Roma Termini is also sketchy. For $80/night, there are many other options in Rome.

The room was very good value for money. It was easy to access, even arriving late at night and it had everything you need for a short stay- comfy bed, private very clean bathroom, air conditioning, a mirror, somewhere to hang your stuff, soap etc There was only one pillow, no tea and coffee making facilities and when you use the bathroom the extractor fan was very loud and also just one very big overhead light in the bathroom. I don't like big lights I need ambient lighting!
