The lobby and staff are welcoming. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job! The AC did not work well. First three days there was ac leaking and almost slipped so used the towels to keep it soaked. Then when the maintenance fixed it, there was no longer cool air coming out so room was stuffy. If you are not finicky about details then it was worth the money spent. Also booking.com doesn’t talk about city tax and you must pay this per person per night in cash so plan accordingly to that too.

/ Not a real hotel - reception was in another hotel down the road, it was just bedrooms! Tiny rooms, shabby decor, beds like camping beds, poor, dim or broken lighting, very little natural light, elevator did not work and had to carry 6 large suitcases down 2 floors of stairs (reception down the road insisted that it did work and offered NO help)

It was a typical continental breakfast, value for money. Plenty of choice and the table settings were well laid out. Better than we expected. The bed was the only let down, it creaked and sagged. We pointed this out to staff and they did their best to adjust it but it really needs a new one. That was the only let down.

Location is great- only 3 minutes walk to Rome Termini station. Warm atmosphere and a friendly staff. The restaurant, where breakfast is served is elegantly furnished, clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. I will definitely choose the same hotel for the next time again.

I liked the location, some good restaurants nearby. It was good value for the money for our 3 nights. Internet worked fine, rooms were good. Bed could have been more comfortable. It’s a very hard bed.

Great location, very nice staff. The rooms were clean and got cleaned daily. Unfortunately the smell on our floor was hard to tolerate. The thick smell of mould coming from the bathroom and also the entire floor. Honestly I know some reviews talk about it, but it’s actually shocking. Your clothes smell of it, and it gives you a nauseous feeling. The smell is just so overpowering I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I’m shocked they are allowed to just paint over it and not do anything about it.
