The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The person at the reception, whose name was Gino (or Jino), was very rude. The level of hospitality was zero. I can’t even find the words to describe how bad the room was. The price of this hotel is far too high for what it offers. They also required the city tax to be paid in cash, which was very strange. The only positive experience was with Aleksandr, who was polite, professional, and kind to the guests. Thank you, Aleksandr!

Booking.com description was deceiving. This hotel isn’t a short distance from the airport, there is no free breakfast and no free shuttle service to the airport.

First when I went inside the hotel, the guy who worked there around 4.00 PM was so rude. He told me that I should never bring food to the room after I paid. When I told him if he can make an exception, he said “What about you do what I say” Second, the room is not sound proof as it says, we wake up on the sound of the landline ringing from the other rooms. The room was also too small, the TV there was just a very small desktop screen, and they even would make you pay for the water in the room. The small terrace is shared.

Wonderful location, very convenient both for visiting the city and for returning to the airport or departing from the train station. The room was large and spacious, the bathroom as well, and the bed was big and extremely comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful with anything we needed. We liked everything!
