Clean, perfect location, only 6 minutes away to Colosseum and 10 mins away to Trevi Fountain Carpet tile

Close to everything, helpful staff, quaint setting! Street noise can be a little loud but that was also one of the things we loved about it. We felt a part of the city.

Very good location. Reception staff was helpful. My only complaint was the bed was extremely firm/ uncomfortable.

The location was pretty decent. The restaurants within a 10 mile walk were good. Located near a grocery mart. The staff communication was great. They helped me organize taxi service every time I needed it and provided lots of details. Dated Bedding and carpet, cleanliness of the walls & vents, cracked toilet seats and toilets didn’t work well, air conditioning didn’t work well.

Very luxurious! Loved the window opening out to the cobblestone street below! Also the elevator! And close restaurants and gelato right on our street! Nothing!

I really enjoyed my stay! Location was fantastic, very close to nearby attractions. I felt safe and really enjoyed the nearby dining establishments! The room was very spacious, I appreciated housekeeping coming everyday. Staff was very friendly and accommodating- thank you! My only complaint was the beds. Mine felt very stiff and not very comfortable.

Super location: in the center but also completely quiet at night. Trevi, Colosseum, Forum Romanum are all ca 10 minutes walk. Easy communication with the host, when we had a question, they answered on WhatsApp whitin minutes. Only negative is that beds are much too soft.

Simple. Says what it does and delivers. Perfect location. The well stocked mini bar was great No breakfast - no problem. But tell, guests close venues for breakfast rather than let them find out for themselves.

Everything, location, cleanliness, friendliness & helpfulness of the staff. Very quiet room, nestled in the very busy streets of Rome, in a fantastic location with lots of great restaurants & shops nearby. Short walk to the Colusseum. Nothing

The hotel is perfectly placed to visit the City's attractions. The Vatican City is the farthest away but even that was within walking distance. Carla gave us a list of recommended restaurants and bistro's in the area, the ones we tried were all superb. Being a typical northerner I would have liked the addition of brew making equipment in the room, however there are plenty of cafes in and around where we sampled the finest coffee.

Simple, comfortable and great value for money. Stocked mini bar. No breakfast service but typical Italian morning “bar” 20 meters away to get your coffee and pastries. Maybe the hotel has had too many bad guests before but the room is covered in signage about check out times, cleaning times, lost key charges etc.

In general everything was very good. I had to stay in a room that was in a nearby building and everything was very good. The location is unbeatable (when you go out to the street you can see the Colosseum in the distance), the room is quite large with everything you need. The cleanliness was very good. Carla's attention was excellent. The wifi was very bad. It almost never worked. Definitely something to improve

The room and staff were very good. The staff was very helpful even after we left. It was a short walk to many very good restaurants. I really don't have any complaints about the hotel.
