Exactly what we needed for our emergency extra stay
-
I booked this hotel for my spouse and mother-in-law after her passport was stolen. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service, and the hotel offers a private pool that can be reserved for an hour, which was a nice option for privacy and relaxation. One of the biggest advantages was its location directly across from the embassy. Since they needed to visit the embassy to replace the stolen passport, staying there made the process much easier and less stressful.

Room size was decent and location was good. The room had paper cups for coffee and tea, unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The chair in the room was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The electric kettle was placed where it had no socket to plug and had to be moved to the side table to heat up. The room cleaning was unacceptable. Maid did not replace cups or glasses. Breakfast room service was served on a tray with no place to keep in the room to eat and no salt or pepper served with eggs. We stayed in this hotel in 2019 and were very impressed so booked this time four rooms for the family but dissapointed.

We had to make an emergency stop in Rome due to losing our passports. The hotel was literally across the street from the American consulate. Nothing

The cost and cleaning

We were kindly upgraded to a suite which was quite spacious and comfortable. I wish we had a longer stay! Also a very good breakfast.
-
pricy breakfast but nice decore, room had ants in it and dead olive tree on balcony. taxi's in city are a joke tried to verifiy meter but had a argument and ended up paying for cheating taxi driver

Felt well taken care of by all the staff. Our room would get too cool.

The hotel is in an excellent location, central enough to walk to everything but outside the noise of the main city. Our room was a great size for central Rome and the balcony was well worth the extra cost. The pool/spa was the best part of our stay but you have to book a time slot in advance (I'd recommend booking it before you arrive). We didn't know this so missed out on it on our first day. You get private access to a large indoor pool for about an hour, it was amazing. We noticed there was some dark stains on the tile in the shower. Could probably benefit from a deep clean/new grout. Everything else was excellent.

Location They did not state the restaurant was closed under construction and only room service, with a limited menu. Staff were nothing like my experiences in other 4/5Star. Rare I give poor reviews but this is not one I’d recommend

Nothing special - had a hard time getting a taxi as they were on a bend and the stop would be difficult. Again, nothing special. Just a place to sleep

Everything!!! Loved that its located across the street from the American Embassy! The staff is AMAZING! Very thoughtful, considerate, helpful, etc. LOVED them all! Loved the spa! I had one of the BEST massages ever! I almost booked a hotel closer to the Spanish steps but I’m glad I didn’t. It’s way too crowded and noisy over there. This hotel feels super safe and it was quiet. I slept so well! I seriously can’t say enough positive things about this stay. I hope to return to Rome and stay at this property again. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I had a perfect experience.

Room was super clean and amenities were awesome. Location of hotel worked out well and all staff was extremely pleasant. Nothing at all.

Beautiful Hotel! We had a beautiful large deck on the 5th floor. Would have liked to stay another night.
-
Our hotel room was beautiful. We particularly like the small balcony for a glass of wine in the evening. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed. Good morning breakfast was all that we could ask for. This was truly one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed Water pressure was a little low in the shower.
