This hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. When i got there i had to pay an extra 30 euro per person as the room was only for 1 person, even though there were two twin beds. it is always shady booking rooms and anything in Italy. However, I think Booking.com should NOT have these options, as they are confusing. We Americans pay for the room, not for the number of people in the room. This was very upsetting.

The room and bathroom were large and well equipped, very clean. Good breakfast, on a very pleasant terrace. We can talk about the "atmosphere" specific to the streets around any train station in southern Europe, but it didn't bother me during my stay.(compensated by the beauty of Termini train station and the nearby Papal Basilica of St. Mary)

Very close to Termini station, lots of affordable shopping and restaurants, along with huge modern mall at station. Hop on Hop off close by too. Loved the modern feel of the hotel Breakfast was ok but eggs were very runny one day.
-
The hotel room was not very clean with noticeable stains on the walls that had not been cleaned. The shower leaked and got water all over the floor. The area around the hotel got very rowdy and loud at night.
-
Close to main public transportation connecting Italy city and Rome Food is very limited and the same menu daily.
-
Property was conveniently located across the street from Termini Station, it was safe, clean, had Air Conditioning, elevator, & served buffet breakfast. Shower water drained slowly.

Staff could have been friendlier.

Breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly, cleaners were also very polite, beds comfortable, clean white towels and bathroom also very clean, close to Termini if that is what’s important, allowed easy access public transport to and from airport, walkable distance to Trevi and Pantheon and Spanish steps. Area is very rough, felt unsafe, neighbourhood full of homeless particularly at night, locals warned us to be careful. Graffiti and dirty streets. No lounge or shared spaces, rooftop patio open only for breakfast, this leaves a person with no option but to be out all day which is challenging after a long day of walking in the heat. It should be noted that the photos are quite deceiving showing a beautiful lobby and rooftop patio. None of this is accessible to use past 10 AM. Air conditioning was good. Main parts of the room were clean, but carpet was stained as well as the baseboards and the top covers of bedding also need cleaning. Elevator made a horrible loud noise when entering, similar to a cable snapping. Then it proceeded to get stuck between two floors and roughly moved on to the main level. This was reported to staff who shrugged it off. We avoided this elevator for the rest of our stay. The breakfast buffet has some variety, but if you’re there for more than two days, the choices never change meaning you have the same scrambled eggs and wieners for seven days. The exact same fruits and pastries as well. It would have been nice to have somewhat of a rotation of food. There are other areas close by that provide walk ability to main attractions that are much cleaner and safer. It should also be noted that this was not budget friendly, over $400 CDN a night, for the area and what was included is not great. You would be better off spending a little extra money for a nicer area that allows you to come back and rest throughout the day without worrying about your safety. You get two bottles of water in the small fridge on your first day which are not replenished. If you want more, you have to pay for it in the lobby. We would not stay at this hotel again and would recommend vrbo. This is all coming from 2 seasoned travellers.

Clean and comfortable room near the main train station. Easy access to all sites. Great daily breakfast. Accomodating staff. Iron and iron board did not work well.
-
Breakfast and location were fine. Thermostat didn’t work; very confusing. Shower controls arcane. No soap dish. No place to put a suitcase. Lighting controls arcane.
