Amazing location few minutes walk to Colosseum, very nice room and amenities, super friendly staff and availability of parking

During my stay, I felt like a VIP. The staff was lovely and very considerate. Anything you need, they would get for you. They helped me order flowers for my fiance and got them delivered to the room as a surprise for her birthday. The food and cocktails in the restaurant were amazing. The breakfast was top notch as well - anything you could think of was included, for any taste. Nothing really. There was a minor issue which was settled and compensated quickly, which really exceeded my expectations. That's how you know you are dealing with a really well run business, that wants to see each guest come back again for more.

The reception is treating us very well specially Siria and the division manager, they allowed us early check in

Good location near to lots of restaurants, the staff were very nice and tried to do the best they could with the electrical issues. Great recommendations from them to places nearby. There were electrical issues when we were there. So there were constant blackouts for 2-3 nights and I couldn't shower for a few nights we were staying. Huge inconvenience. They also couldn't find my jacket that I left in the wardrobe. I had emailed them right after leaving and they couldn't find it, so this was disappointing

We loved everything about it - sleek, clean, modern style… extremely friendly, polite, and helpful staff which is super important and impressive, great and unique mini bar options, all essentials were provided. The location was also superb! Honestly, nothing I’d change except I wish we stayed more days! Nothing

Great location in Monti. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was decent but variety would have been nice since ate daily.

The hotel’s location was excellent, being very close to Rome’s main attractions, especially the Colosseum, which made sightseeing extremely convenient. The room was spacious, and the housekeeping standards were professional, keeping the room well-organized and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel and room furnishings felt somewhat outdated and could benefit from modernization. Additionally, I found the room rate to be slightly overpriced considering the overall facilities and condition of the property.

The hotel is in a great location! Just a few minutes walk to Colosseum! The stuff was soo kind!!! They gave me an upgrade to a luxury room and I will be forever grateful for that! Thank you ? The room was huge and extremely clean and we received complimentary water everyday!! The room service was fast and the food delicious! Breakfast very good and all the stuff incredible nice and kind!! Loved my staying there! Definitely coming back! -

Everyone was very nice, professional and accommodating to our 2 younger kids (5 and 3 year old). The hotel director Pamela Zullo went out of her way to make sure our stay was magical! Nothing

Excellent location near the Colosseum and great restaurants. Room on the 7th floor was absolutely beautiful. Staff great. Plan to stay there again.

I would rate the room excellent, good size, clean and comfortable, except it was difficult to get warm water in our shower? The breakfast was amazing with a great selection. A Great way to start the day. Great location, within walking distance to the colosseum. Door man was very helpful Good outside cafe/pizzeria next door. We found the HVAC system and the shower hot water difficult to operate. No hot water?
